This hotel is just perfect. Near everything (amazing restaurants and coffes nearby), all new, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. There is a rooftop bar (no noise!) and they gave us a free welcome drink, amazing to enjoy the sunset view.

Wonderfully refurbished hotel in an old meat factory. The integration of old and new is just perfect. The setting is spectacular right on the sound, very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with Felipe being a total credit to the hotel. We had pre-booked the guided history tour of the Singular for the day of our arrival and Mica, the guide, was extremely knowledgeable. It was impressive to learn about the background of the whole area and this hotel in particular. We also went on our own to Lago Grey from there for the Glacier Navigation in Torres del Paine. The restaurant, breakfast and bar area were truly "singular" in the furnishings with lovely food and drinks. The sauna, hammam and pool also feature the great views.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.

The breakfast was plentiful and started very early - which was excellent for my partner and I, since we had an early flight. We arrived early, before our checkin time, and we were able to get into our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Proximity to the water was great. A fair amount of bird life about when we visited. We were in transit to Hotel Lago grey so our visit to the town was relatively brief. Our impression of Puerto Natales was degraded by the poor customer service we received from Hotel Costaustralis. There greedy attitude thankfully was not evident in our other hotel stays :)

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.
Bories is a picturesque property for travellers to spend a day or two close to Puerto Natales on their way to Torres del Paine. The stunning views of the mountains, a lake and a llama add to the vibe.
But, what really stands out is the hospitality of Carlos and his wife. It has all the essence of a family owned and run boutique. Carlos spent over 3 hours, during our time there, helping us plan our activities in great detail across the park. As a bonus, do check out the stunning pictures he has shot of the region for the last 20 years.
The staff here are just amazing, helpful and pleasant every time I talked to any of them. The rooms are a little on the small side but I sure hope you didn't book a trip to Puerto Natales to stay in your room all day. I stayed here on either end of a W trek in the park and both rooms were absolutely lovely. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and a quick walk to pretty much anything but the bus station (which is a 15-20 min walk and not that difficult). If I come back to PN, I will stay here again.
This place was perfect. We are only a couple so there were two extra twin beds in a loft area (and I believe a pull out sofa too). This would be the perfect place for a family on a more extended stay in Puerto Natales. The kitchen had everything you need. Great view of the water. So much in walking distance and at an excellent price, this place can't be beat. It was truly excellent.
Our stay at Vinnhaus was excellent. Erkka went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, from packed lunches to last minute accommodation when our camping reservation turned out to be a disaster. The hotel and rooms are so beautiful, food & drinks are amazing and we felt very well looked after. We can highly recommend Vinnhaus to anyone and we hope to be back soon!
Everything!
We spent two nights in this hotel.
One before start the O trek in Torres del paine and the second after ten days.
Very good position, near the city center.
Bus stop for Torres del Paine 10 minutes walking.
The owner is super kind and friendly, he gives us a lot of advice for where to eat or where we can rent some trekking equipment.
The room was really clean.
The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.
We like this place because it's quiet and not too far from Puerto Natales. The room was simple and clean, with no TV, but very airy and featuring a big glass window offering a great view. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was quick and simple.
This is very nice family owned hotel in traditional chileans style close to the center of Puerto Natales. The owner carried very much about our comodity, he was very kind. Thanks you very much for nice relax after trekking in NP Torres del Paine here!
The best place I stayed in all of Patagonia. Super friendly host who is welcoming and happy to give recommendations in Puerto Natales. Excellent location and close to bus station! Clean and lovely design of the place, made you feel at home
Vicky is the definition of super host. She has designed and shares a unique location that is beautiful and comfortable. This gem is off the beaten path, though an easy 5-10 minute walk to the charming center of Puerto Natales.
The architecture of the hotel is exceptional and takes full benefit of the view the location has on the bay of Puerto Natales. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this nice little hotel.
The hotel is located in the very center of puerto Natales, very close to all the restaurants and all the shops.
Staff was very friendly and rooms were always really warm and well heated.
The owner was wonderful, extremely hospitable, and super accommodating. This was the perfect place to recover in Puerto Natales after our 8-day trek on the O Circuit in Torres Del Paine.
A beautiful little bungalow in a great location in Puerto Natales.
A comfortable bed, and plenty of space. Outside it was quiet and everything in walking distance.
