The best service I have ever received in any hotel. I was sick during my stay and had to go to a clinic. Tom, the manager at the front desk made sure I was taken care of and even had the hotel car take me to the clinic. When I was finished they went to pick me up. I will never forget their kindness and care. It's terrible to be sick while abroad, Shanti Hotel made me feel taken care of. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I loved the Island so much and will surely be back next year to stay at Shanti. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me.

Staff upgraded us to a bigger room which was a very lovely surprise. The bed, pillows and comforter were soooo comfy. The AC worked super well. Patio with hammock was very nice. This area of Koh Phangan is great. Lots of spots to do yoga, get a massage and tons of great places to eat nearby.

The location is beautiful, overall the vibe could be peaceful with few adjustments. The burmese management and staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and they were helpful with any problem I had. The South African owner was also very helpful when I had hurt my foot. It has an incredible sunset.

I had a great stay at Benjamin's Hut. The location is near restaurants, shops and right on the beach. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I rented a scooter from them and had a great experience.

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. We loved the welcoming, home-alike atmosphere. Our Beach front bungalow was really comfortable and as only 5 bungalows share the pool, everything feels very exclusive. Cicy and her husband were super friendly. You can tell that they really care about their guests. The bungalows are beautifully decorated and the bed is super comfy. Aircon works perfectly and we loved all of the little extras (yoga mats etc). As the bungalows are right at the Hingkong Beach you can see perfect sunsets and walk to lots of restaurants for dinner - so perfect location! Do not miss out this place! We wondered before how they are able to have a 9.9 Rating at Booking.com…but they truly deserve it!

We ended up here by chance and got the most comfortable room, a few steps from one of the quietest, most beautiful beaches I have seen on the island. Both early mornings and sunsets were just breathtaking. The room was clean, with fluffy towels and decent AC power, there is a cleaning service but we found just talking to stuff easier, they were keen to help out. Reception was fantastic to us and helped us immensely both with the check in and organizing the check out and transportation to our next stop. The surroundings have this bohemian, chill vibes that we loved. Walking distance from nice stores, bike rentals, brunch places, fitness, yoga and martial arts clubs… All you need for a short wellness trip so I definitely recommend this plce if that is what you are looking for.
