Nothing. It was in very very poor condition. I felt sorry for owner. Said she was trying to sell but it smelled, everything was broken down and dingy. Hand lamps set on stairs etc just really bad

Pat was a great host.....very welcoming, always positive; we missed meeting Anna ! Breakfast was fabulous, lot of space for parking, small pantry outside room was a great facility; so peaceful and beautiful and yet could reach other places to sightsee in 20--40 mins.... highly recommended

You would need a car to take full advantage of all the area has to offer if you intend a long stay but there are plenty of on site activities and a number of short and medium walks from the hotel itself. It is good to explore the different dining options available. The Hunted Hog offers a varied and delicious menu that is very reasonable

I was there for the Art and Soul exhibition and it was really enjoyable. The hotel is very well appointed using high quality materials all over. The attention to detail, the large rooms, the service and the beautiful grounds made this a very enjoyable visit. Would recommend.RoseIreland

The rooms especially was stunning and large very clean, so comfortable. I would highly recommend castlemartyer to anyone, couples & family friendly for a great 5 star treatment. Their staff are also are so proffesinal friendly and cordial and do a excellent job in maintaining the hotel to the level that it has become . We will definitely be back for a longer stay .

I wouldnt visit your premises on a weekend again. I would recommend that you only keep wedding guests on these nights so as other paying guests are not disturbed. Staff were very pleasant throughout our stay .
