The location in the south of the island was perfect, really quiet but close drive in either direction of some of the most beautiful beaches such as Takamaka beach, Anse Royale, Anse Soleil etc. Slyvia and Yannick were the perfect hosts, really friendly and welcoming.

Alfred and his lovely wife have created a little paradise and they have paid attention to every single detail an apartment should be equipped with. Upon checking in, they welcomed us and made sure nothing was missing during our stay. Always with a smile and always polite and discreet. The apartment was super clean, perfect wifi, stylish decoration, fully equipped kitchen, and the view was breathtaking! Not to forget there is an option for breakfast and we were glad we chose it.The breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the apartment with sea view. We highly recommend La Vida Selfcatering apartments!

The “private” beach just in front of the La Desirade was amazing and it was excellent to have a private parking for our car! Very well located, just near Takamaka Rum distiller and Anse Royale beach! And Freddy was an excellent staff, so nice and helpful!

We were on a family holiday and picked Erica's apartment. Even before we arrived there she was very cooperative and checked with us the time that we were going to check in etc. She also helped us to get a rent-a-car. The place is 10 minutes away from the airport and easily accessible along the main road. The beach is on the other side of the apartment. The apartment was really good, clean, and spacious. We arrived earlier than the check-in and the apartment was ready for no extra cost. All the amenities were arranged. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it during our entire stay. She was very corporative with all our requests. There are supermarkets near the apartment so everything was easily reachable.

Eveything is just awesome with this villa. Beautiful location right next to the beach and the ocean. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Grocery store is withing 5 min walking distance. The owner is wonderful, approachable and helped us to organize amazing daytrips for island hopping and programmes on Mahe. Highly recommend this place!

Everything about our stay at Bois Joli was perfect. The villa is lovely and private, surrounded by jungle. The hosts, Richard and Judith, are so friendly, informative, and prompt. The location on a mountainside adds a sense of adventure and a change of pace from the usual accommodations, and very well placed, especially for exploring the south of Mahé and Victoria. A rental car really is necessary, unless you want to pay a lot for taxis. The design of the grounds, the villa, and the pool are aesthetically pleasing, calming, and done by Richard himself. I had an amazing stay at this property! The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The mountain and beach view from my room and the balcony was truly breathtaking and incredibly relaxing. What made this stay even more special was the wonderful people there. Jimmy, the owner, was not only nice and helpful but also incredibly friendly, making deep conversations a delightful part of the experience. Maya also, was truly awesome and added to the warm hospitality. As a bonus, they have two friendly dogs and two adorable cats on the property, the property had an amazing garden which made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough for a perfect combination of comfort, stunning views, and fantastic people.
