Este hotel de diseño de 4 estrellas de Hamburgo ofrece habitaciones amplias, wifi gratis, sauna y zona de relajación con vistas al lago Alster. It was a feel good experience from the booking procedure until check out. I booked a room as a precuation, while lying on a hospital bed across ten street shortly before midnight. The issue was not serious, so it was unsure if the room would be needed at all- I cancelled it and then went on and tried to revive the booking. Hotel staff was so helpful and the room so great, I was happy for my Asklepios Clinic experience: I would have missed such a great stay!!! The room was vast, with great furniture and all kinds of ameniities, large windows instead of walls and a great view. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The overall ratio quality-price was a win-win experience for me!

They allowed me to usethe room before the normal check-in time. Big room, confortable beds. Very good breakfast. Very polite and firendly staff.

Junior suite- we needed three beds. We all agreed this was the best hotel we stayed in as part of a rail trip stopping at all countries to Norway. Big comfy beds - even the sofa bed! Large, cool, air conditioned room with a balcony - private, quiet view of the telly tower. Soft slippers and bath robes. Really relaxed after a lovely shower/bath. Bliss after spending a very hot day travelling from Brussels.

This elegant 4-star hotel is in the centre of Hamburg, 500 metres from Hamburg Central Station and the Alster Lake. Sufrí un problema de salud delicado por el que fui hospitalizado contando con un servicio de urgencia que en cinco minutos me atendió y me derivo Todas mis pertenencias quedaron en el hotel y me fueron restituidas sin faltante alguna para mi tranquilidad.
