The location was excellent, the rooms were super clean, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the staff very helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very cosy. I will definitely stay there when I visit New York again! Even though I usually do not feel comfortable in hotel rooms, in the case of Lucerne I could stay for a whole month, it really felt as a second home!

Offering complimentary WiFi, the Riverside Tower Hotel is 805 metres from the American Museum of Natural History. This non-smoking property is 2.1 km from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Of all the rooms I've booked the past few years, this has been the best. Everything was well kept, clean, and modern. The bathroom was excellent! I didn't want to get out of the shower... The toilet was modern, quiet, with built-in flush buttons. Plenty of towels for face, hands, to get out of the shower, and more. The bed was comfortable, I fell asleep within minutes, without lying flat on the bed. The television was modern... The air conditioning and heating unit maximized the view the room has to the river while offering contemporary uses like drying. The double blinds was a great touch. Most importantly, it does it without wasting space. I am looking forward to staying there again!

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. Location was superb, easy walking to Central Park, and subway stations. We discovered great local restaurants. The bed very comfortable and for Manhattan hotel, good amount of room.
