From the reservation to the arrival at the place, they were very prompt at answering the phone to guide us to were the office was located, very easy to find. The lady at the store was very nice, she explained where the room was, where to park, places that we could go eat, safety of the place. Who we could call in case of an emergency. We were very impressed.

EVERYTHING! We stayed there for one night while on a two day visit to the Florida Keys while holidaying in South Beach, Miami. Staff were very friendly and the food in the Restaurant was very good. Best Steak I had in a long while! The Pool/Bar area was great and the night we were there (Tuesday), there was a very good band playing, that really made our evening. Even though they are renovating the grounds, we were very happy with our stay and have already recommended it to friends from NYC and they hope to visit there before year end.

From the moment you enter, the experience invites you to enjoy the views and the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, they welcome you with a glass of bubbly wine and water. Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant

comfort and warm hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean, wide, comfortable with 2 queen size beds and sofa bed, fridge. Pool is good, open till 22:00 (and beyond if you keep silence) and towels, fitness center (small one with the basic equipment), many parking slots located in the center of Marathon, right in the middle of the Keys, an hour drive to each of the Key's edges. (largo/west) Hotel loans bicycles to cycle around. (not the best bicycles however enough for short biking around)

This resort was the highlight of our stay in the Keys. It has its own beach and it was fun to relax in the sunbeds steps away from the ocean. The modern laundromat is also great. The staff was super nice and kind, especially the lady at the reception who checked us in. The fitness centre with an ocean view was also great.
