Location was little difficult to find, parking was full so had to park off site, rooftop bar was not set up/open and breakfast somewhat plain.

The bathroom was very small and the sink was in the room, and it was a bit of a squeeze between the sink and the bed.

Characterful hotel in old building in the centre of the old town. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room at the back of the hotel and didn't hear any street noise, and enjoyed a good night's sleep. The lady on the reception was very helpful in giving me two excellent recommendations for a vegan dinner and breakfast, both which were near the hotel. The hotel is handy for the bus from the airport.

Basic room and tiny bathroom, shower water drain not very good, unstable wifi, very expensive.

Breakfast and location are great. Staff are helpful. Let me stay until noon, tight parking nearby. English news channels like BBC and AlJazeera, very rare in Spain.

We did have to navigate around beams in the attic room. There was limited head height on two sides of the room. A lamp on either side of the bed would be helpful.

The check in was quick and efficient. It’s a great location and perfect for linking to the tram and airport bus. The facilities like the superking bed, roof terrace, safe and fridge were great.

Staff members always accessible and very helpful. The location was perfect for our visit to the city. Very close to some excellent restaurants. It was my second stay in this hotel which is a recommendation in itself

The room was much smaller than I anticipated. It was not a huge problem for one person but would be far too small to stay in for very long.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old quarter. Our room was really big with two king size beds (one was a sofa bed) and a large bathroom with wetroom shower (it is also a disabled room). Breakfast was good with all the usual continental food plus eggs and bacon. We had a very early flight home and the 24 hour reception organised our taxi, which was on time,

The room was quite small, and the soundproofing was little to none. Also the room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in. The room wasn’t cleaned on our second day, and on the third day we noticed that the cleaning personnel had, although mistakenly, discarded some of our personal items from the desk.

Great location for a short holiday in Alicante. Staff was great, also a nice rooftop bar with views over the city.

A couple of comfortable chairs in the bedroom would be good. Also, bedside lights on both sides of the bed (there was only one on one side in Room 203).

Hotel location was superb, loved being in the old town within easy walking distance of the beach, Santa Barbara castle and the seafront and marina. Our room was a good size, it would have been good to have a sofa or a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on in it. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. Enjoyed an evening drink in the rooftop bar, great views over the city.
