The room was small. Anyway, you are in Spain and you live outside so this was not a big problem.

The good location of the hotel. Not directly in the entertainment (bars, disco)- war zone, but easily accessible from the hotel. In addition, the beach is around the corner from the Hotel.

There were plenty of plug sockets in the room but would have liked USB points as well.

Near to the beach and Benidorm old town but in a quiet location. The standard room was adequate for a 3 night stay. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. A big TV was available but the remote was missing. The beds were comfortable and the separate shower and separate toilet was handy. Towels were changed daily. The room also had a safety deposit box and small fridge. The included breakfast was delicious with a good, varied menu of hot and cold dishes.

Everything was perfect. If i was being overlee picky The bottom of shower screen could do with being replaced but the room was spotlessly clean.

Rooms were clean & beds so comfortable slept really well. Bedding was of high quality & pillows were great which is brilliant if you have back problems like me. Complimentary toiletries were lovely. Great breakfast so much choice something for everyone. Staff really friendly & helpful. Great location in the Old Town easy to get to everything. Pool & pool area clean & brilliant that they didn't allow towel reserving. Spa treatments are brilliant my partner had a massage & said it was best shes ever had. Can't wait to stay here again.

No complaints to be fair

We only stayed one night so didn't really get the full benefit of this beautiful hotel. It was planned as a short trip but I wanted a decent place to stay which I got. Very happy and would stay again,.

The pool was a little bit too cold for my liking. There were not many bins or ashtrays around the pool and garden area which may result in people leaving litter and cigarettes on the floor in future, although we did not see this during our visit.

This hotel is fantastic. Very modern and clean and very good location within 4-minute walk to the beach. There's a supermarket next door and restaurants and bars within 2-minute walk. The area is fairly quiet as it's situated behind the main road so it's easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff are very friendly especially Michel on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he always provided good advice and recommendations on where to visit.

Bearing in mind we had a privilege room and that the hotel was refurbished only 18 months ago, we were disappointed with the rust on the shower door and in the shower itself (see photos). Our balcony view was also blocked by a huge tree.

Gorgeous hotel with a great smell!! Very calm and chilled. Super breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff - shout out to Alberto & Carlos. Quiet location close to Poniente beach and the old town. About a 20 min walk to Levante Beach and the start of ‘the strip’! The pool area is beautiful and serene, however with the amount of vegetation, it was quite shady.

The food was incredible, but I would say the option available at buffet wasn’t great, therefore not worth the €25 per person. Despite that, like I say, the food taste was amazing. The buffet breakfast was amazing daily and lots of options available for that.

The location was incredible, walking distance to the beach. The room and all facilities of the hotel were incredibly clean and still very fresh and modern. My favourite area was the pool area. They have cleverly created little “booths” around the pool, where you are hidden from the lounger next to you by bushes. These little booths are paired up with beds. If you would rather sit in a larger groups, there are more open areas around the pool where you wouldn’t be split from your party. It was absolutely bliss. The little outside bar by the pool was also a wonderful addition to the stay, able to provide food for you to eat by the pool and cool beverages. I must also include that the hotel arranged a transfer from the airport on my arrival day, and again to the hotel for my travel home day. Absolutely faultless and so so so thankful for them for arranging it. They even offered to make up a little picnic for the transfer back to the airport for me as my collection was at 5am.
