The only slight down side was the comfort of the bed, but aside from that it was great!

The bed!!!!! It was like sleeping on a box spring only no comfort of a mattress. Also I believe the shower was salt water I did not enjoy that.

I like the style of the property. Very nice studio great for a weekend getaway.

The location was not good. We had to walk up hill 40 minutes to the nearest car rental agency because taxis would not even drive to the town the property was located in. The hot water would run out and the wifi also only worked about 60% of the time.

the sofa couch and location away from everything , a car is a must , no service , the sofa couch hurt my back not applicable for 4 persons as they say

It was super disappointing from beginning of the stay. i told manager i would be at location at 3 pm she was late 20 min without even apologizing she was late . We rented 2 apartments and one was not even ready when manager arrived as it was still getting cleaned and we waited additional hour to check in . Once we checked in apartment was still dirty with sand and dirt all over the floor . Manager told me she would get me ATV delivered next day to tell me they didn’t have one available . Property is really hard to access with the car but not to far away from anything . In addition to this you can see little black mold spots in bathroom. For someone who has to check work email internet was really bad . Hospitality and customer service was horrible for the price we paid for 3 nights . Over all i would never use their services again .

thé location is extremely bad, taxis did not want to drop us back to the villa as they didn’t want to drive up the hill.

the villa house was spacious, we were three but you could fit 10 people ! Athena is lovely, very helpful.

The location is bad. There is very little to do local, with only 2 restaurants and 2 very over priced mini markets. The main issue is accessibility, many taxi will refuse to drop you off as it is very uphill and the road is narrow and very poor condition. The accommodation itself is nice and spacious. But the water is very salty and beds were uncomfortable. There was also no dish rack and a faulty kettle. There was little in terms of refreshments, no water, basic coffee and some tea. We also had to ask for more toilet roll. The accommodation is not nearby Fira as it states and I would not recommend at all unless you have your own transport. The host Mrs Athena, showed little interest in us and making our stay comfortable. She did at request arrange transfers but we had to pay over the asking price to get a taxi to collect us as they refuse to come up the hill. There is so many other nice locations and great host as we stayed in other parts, I would not recommend. We were so disappointed we actually incurred extra costs to stay elsewhere for one night so we could get away.

The host Mrs Athena met us promptly but then we heard nothing from her to check on our stay.

Before arrival the manager Athena was super helpful and accommodating. She arranged an airport pick up. Apon arriving the manager Athena greeted and welcomed us she gave us a map and explained all the cool places to explore on the island she also arranged an ATV transport rental to use on our trip. She's the best! The room was spotless and cute everything a we need was available. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet and safe I HIGHLY recommend the stay especially for the price. Great value!
