Very nice hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful with all your questions and procedures like luggage shipping. Room was small specially with 2 big suitcases but it is well distributed so no issue. They gave you a lot of toiletries for your stay which is really nice!

I made a good decision staying at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to the train station for ginza and asakusa line with a approx 10 minute walk. This location is peaceful and not as busy as shibuya or ginza. The hotel also has a 7 Eleven on the opposite side of the road which is very handy for snacks and drinks. The room is pretty big and spacious with all the amenities you’d need. There is a communal area and a roof top with a beautiful view. What made our experience even better was the friendly staff (shout out to Go and Ninima I believe 😅) they were so helpful and never failed to offer to assist in any way. Always a smile on their face! Thank you for everything!

Small, friendly, clean and modern hotel 10 minutes walk from Asakusa metro station ( direct train from Haneda airport). Staff were friendly and explained the hotel rules well. Great view of Sky tree from the roof terrace and just a few minutes walk from Senso-ji temple.

Modern furniture in warm colors. Shower and toilet separated. Tea, coffee and water for free downstairs. Nice roof top terrace. The staff were extremely friendly, had many helpful recommendations for us. All in all the best hotel we had during our journey in Japan.

Very hard mattress, windows are quite thin so I had to sleep with earplugs because of the street noise, the room was very dark and lacked another light

Mattresses in the floor were a big problem for us. My husband had to sleep on the couch because he couldn’t get up off the floor, especially at night.

Not directly on a subway line - about a ten minute walk to Ginza and asakusa lines (but on a bus line).

There was absolutely nothing they could of Improved upon, it was perfect.

I loved everything about my stay at the Hotel Tomos Asakusa. The Room was very traditional yet also modern. The location was great and had very scenic views from the roof. However, my favorite part of the Tomos was the staff. They were all super friendly and fun to converse with. They went above and beyond when it came to my delayed Rail Pass. I mentioned to them my situation and they literally spent the whole morning on the phone with Fedex to fix the problem. If you are wanting a traditional and comfortable stay, The Hotel Tomos Asakusa is the Best Hotel in all of Tokyo.

The hotel is stylish, modern, comfortable, and (most importantly) has an amazing team of staff. Each staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager Gō is possibly one of the nicest people you will ever meet - the hotel is his heart and soul and he will go out of his way to make it a pleasant stay for you. What a fantastic place!

The only item was the pillows were a little hard, however that is a personal preference.

Excellent hotel, beautiful reception, room and rooftop. Loved it all.
