Value for money and comfortable bed with noise-free and smoke-free. The dining area is clean, spacious and with good ambience.

MalaysiaWe always get up late during out trip so we always can hear sound like people chatting outside or staff cleaning while we are sleeping. The shower has a bit problem. And the air con sound was large.
The hotel offered you a welcome drink coupon and you can use it while you need it. The room and the toilet were spacious and clean. Very near to the Batu Ferringhi Beach but quite far from George Town. Overall nice experience to stay there.

Malaysia1. The WiFi access given to me was capped at 2 devices per room. That is just absurd in this era. Having worked in a hotel as an IT professional, I'd say you are better off dropping the internet speed to 5 or 8Mbps per device and increase the device limit to 5 per room/voucher. Your speed is topped at 30mbps per device which is not that necessary. Internet availability should be the main focus, and then its speed. 2. The view of Angsana from my room 😄
The service was good overall, though some of the Indonesian staff probably needed some training. They were either too afraid of guest queries or didn't understand both English and Bahasa that well. The local staff were good. The partial seaview had a surprisingly beautiful view of both the sea and mountain.

We did inform to the management but surprisingly seems like no action is taken.... been going over a few times before our annual dinner and each time we had inform them about the smell. The sales personal was also lacked of knowledge... anything you ask the answer is "need to check".
Had our annual dinner here. Took up a few rooms including their suite The staff was nice & helpful. Very quite place at night... Good for relaxation. The first hotel o been to which doesn't offer any alcohol.
