I really like this place, everything about it. I could use the Internet fine, vpn back home just fine. I could plug my portable media centre into the TV and use that just fine. It's location is right next to some shops on one side, over the road more shops and straight in front is the Panda restaurant place and yet more shops. It's our go-to place in St Malo now. If you can not park at the hotel as the car park is small, there is more than enough parking around for you to get a space and walk 2 minutes back. Bit noisy in the mornings where our room was right by the main door, but being busy is the mark of a good hotel, and it was kids making the noise most days so I can't blame them for that.

One of the major seaports connecting France and England, Saint Malo is Brittany’s most visited town and a tourist destination in its own right.
The Old Town overlooks the English Channel and is completely surrounded by restored walls. You get a great view of them if you arrive on the ferries from England to St Malo (either direct or by the Channel Islands). Once an island, this citadel now shelters behind it the hundreds of sailing boats bobbing in the modern harbor.
Within the Old Town are bars and restaurants serving oysters from nearby Cancale, and many of the St Malo hotels. The most notable sights are the cathedral with its colorful, stained-glass window, and the castle - site of the town's museum.
The beaches are sandy, though the water is somewhat bracing. A causeway leads to Grand Bé, a rocky island housing the tomb of Chateaubriand, its most famous son. To the south is the 14th-century Solidor Tower, a remarkable collection of artifacts from voyages around Cape Horn. Further inland is Labyrinthe du Corsaire, a huge maze that will keep kids busy for hours.
In the Rance River, connecting the sea to Dinan, is the world’s first tidal power station. The road over it leads to Dinard Airport, the closest to Saint-Malo.
We had a day and a half which was just right. Walking the ramparts was very good, interesting and good views. Surprisingly good shopping. Great bakery by the Cathedral. Beautiful beaches.
Walking around St Malo is easy also ferries and buses for further field.

Saint Malo is among my top favourite destinations in France.
Saint Malo is among my top favourite destinations in France. From the charming ramparts of the walled city to the majestic feeling of walking over seabed along the Sillon Beach (Plage du Sillon). From the exquisite savours of the local cuisine to the relaxing treatments at the local spas. Have your camera ready: the sun sets with pomp and circumstance in Saint Malo!

Saint Malo is a must see in Bretagne.
Saint Malo is a must see in Bretagne. We spent hours exploring the castle wall and its staircases, which date to as early as the 1200s! The beaches are magnificent even in colder weather. You can explore it all on foot.
Saint Malo is just a 45 min drive from the Mont Saint Michel, which we also visited during our stay.

Outstanding medieval walled city rich in centuries of history. Inside the walled city is a beautiful labyrinth of cobbled lanes and alleys, filled with cafes, shops, restaurants and hotels. A truely unique experience that visitors should invest time to discover all there is to see. The changing tides and the effect on the local coast is remarkable to see. Best to visit at low tide.
Stayed here July 2023 and hotel was being renovated. Aurélie and Edward told us about this and we decided to keep the reservation. Aurélie and Edward kept us informed via email and helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fantastic location inside the old town walls in St Malo. They even parked your car next door in their very small car park for you and delivered it to the door as you were leaving. No breakfast service due to renovations but we were informed of all the local restaurants that do great breakfasts.
Great location for easy walk into the walled city. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Very spacious. Comfortable chairs - my back is picky about couches and chairs. Good shower - plenty of water flow, warmed up quickly, and easy to adjust the temperature. Kitchen was well equipped. The washing machine and drying rack were a real bonus because my husband and I are traveling for several weeks. There is free street parking - sometimes we had to walk a couple of blocks - but we could always find a spot.
We loved everything! The Chateau is beautiful! The staff is incredibly nice and helpul! The food is amazing, served in a lovely dining room and the service wonderful. The wine were great. The room very comfortable and pretty. the Chateau is idyllic and is located in a quiet, relaxing and bucolic place (I could see horses from my bedroom window) and is so near Saint-Malo that you can go back and forth easily. Would love to go back every year!!!
Pretty much any location in Intra Muros is a good location as it only takes about five minutes to walk to anywhere else in the walled city.
The breakfast available to hotel guests for 11 Euros across the street was good. Much to choose from and a hearty start to the day. One very active day we got by with breakfast, an early dinner, and dessert later!
Our stay in this hotel was really great. The room is spacious with two double beds. The bathroom is also big and clean. There's a restaurant at the hotel so it isn't a problem to have dinner if you arrived late. And the best part is the location - it is very close to the beach with nice and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast is typical, not great, not bad.
The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic part of St Malo inside the town walls. All of the sites and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, modern, clean. The staff were very helpful with directions, dinner recommendations, taxis.
This hotel is right inside the walled city which was really nice. It was clean and tidy and everyone was very nice and very helpful. being able to walk out of the front door straight into the narrow streets of Saint Malo is very nice.
One of the best experiences I have ever had! The beautiful view and sound of the waves from the balcony was stunning, the hotel was charming with a beautiful breakfast space, everything made with love, every detail very beautiful.
The location is excellent and the town within the walls of San Malo is great! The room is very basic. Luckily the hotel has an elevator. We got breakfast on-site and it was basic and a good deal. Staff was very nice.
The lady that met us was lovely, friendly and so helpful could not do enough for us. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in France. The bed was comfy, the shower was very good overall a great hotel.
The staff went way beyond helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were all delightful 😊
Lovely quaint hotel with parking, and extremely clean. Beach 2 secs away and a lovely walk into the old town.
Beautiful hotel in the walled city of St Malo. Fantastic location, very welcoming reception staff. Parking under the hotel. Everything you need for a stay in this beautiful place, really lovely.
Location in the old town is just perfect - this is a cracking hotel and will definitely be staying here again as we come to St Malo a few times every year. Staff here are great too!
The hotel is conveniently located inside walled city. There are loads of restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. It's close to the sea. The staff are super nice.
Amazing location, right in the center of town, this hotel is a lovely quiet place to get away. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!
The apartment was very well set out and spacious. Excellent central location on one of the main avenues in the walled city with amenities very close by.
