Zaragoza is a wonderful city, an undiscovered gem.
Zaragoza is a wonderful city, an undiscovered gem. I have been several times before so maybe I am biased, but the history of the city is fantastic to discover, the food a delight, the small tapas places a joy to visit. A great place to socialise. It has got a little more expensive over the years but where hasn't.

Zaragoza is a clean and safe city full of history, great...
Zaragoza is a clean and safe city full of history, great restaurants, and cafés and easy transportation. We have been to much of Spain but didn't really know anything about Zaragoza. We booked it on a whim. While fairly close to Madrid I think that it is off the beaten path of English speaking people. We encountered the Spanish language almost exclusively but we had zero problems communicating with the lovely people that we encountered. We adored this beautiful place.

20 minutes from the city center.
20 minutes from the city center. On the face of the hotel it was not appealing, however the interior was clean and pleasant, the staff helpful and polite with the Spanish restaurant a bonus.
Would definitely stay again and for longer

Ancient city with some spectacular architecture.
Ancient city with some spectacular architecture. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Walkable and seemed safe. The Palacio de la Aljafería is a spectacular Mujedar style castle, well worth a visit. Plan on a lot of businesses closing in the afternoon and re-opening in the evening. I would have stayed a little longer to see more of the Roman ruins which are in different places in the old city, but it was a pleasnt one-day stop.

Zaragoza is a great City to visit.
Zaragoza is a great City to visit.
Two days are enough to see all.
If you are staying longer, consider hiring a car and undertaking a day trip north to Alquezar for one day and south to the 'Monasterio de Piedra' on another.

Lovely Islamic-era palace, though probably not as impressive as those further south, which I've yet to visit. Interesting Roman ruins. Views of old Zaragotha are great if you cross the bridge to the more modern half of the city.
Not too touristy; some good and reasonably-priced cafes and restaurants and mouth-watering food market.
Running out of things to do after than 2-3 days - though it's not a bad place to sit in a square and read.
This is the worst accomodation in all of Spain and possibly all of Europe. It would be better to be homeless than stay here, it is a shame and an embarrassment to Spain that this place exists.
The staff are the worst possible people. If you want to be treated like a slave who is absolutely worthless than stay here becuase the staff are that bad. They do not care how poorly they treat you or how unhappy you are. The other reviews of this place show the exact same thing.
Save your money and sleep on the street rather than this place.
We always stay at Zenit Vincci Zentro when in Zaragoza. After 6 years and varios visits to Zaragoza this hotel is our reference and recommendation.
Location 10/10. Parking 10/10. Staff 10/10. Rooms, we prefer rooms at that back of the hotel 10/10. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Ideal for business or for visiting the city. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at Vincci Zentro, you will not be disappointed. Amenities 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10.
Where to begin? We spent a month moving around Spain and we found this flat to be among our very favorites. It is very large and immaculately clean. There were three sets of French doors that opened onto small terraces. It is a busy neighborhood so convenient to absolutely everything. We would rush right back to this place again and again. Zaragoza is such a fantastic city and this flat is in the center of it all. We recommend this place to everyone.
It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.
Hotel Sauce was a charming boutique hotel. The staff and location was excellent. As well as the service and food offered at their restaurant. Slightly dated rooms and some hallway noise in the morning. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. NONE of which would keep me from returning to this hotel. Would absolutely gladly stay here again.
Right in the Gancha district equidistant from the Basilica and Aljaferia Palace. Parking in Zaragoza central zone is not easy but this hotel has an under ground garage. It was tight for an American driver used to a lot of space but manageable. I’d advise only a small car but I did see a small SUV down there!
The host didn't speak any English but was still very accommodating and gave us recommendations of tourist attractions, places to eat and drink etc. Everything within a 20 minute walk. Really good value for money, best night's sleep we've had on our travels around Spain thanks to the huge roof fan.
This hotel is wonderfully situated in the center of Zaragoza, quite near some of the greatest attractions of the city, including the spectacular Church of Senora del Pilar, the old Cathedral, the Great Plaza built on top of the Roman forum, and the Ebro River.
The property was beautiful, a hidden gem in Zaragoza. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Dog friendly with large grounds to walk our dog. We often stop in Zaragoza on our way to southern Spain and will definitely be booking to stay here again.
One of the best hotels I’ve already stayed in Spain. Everything was perfect. Contemporary interior design, location, staff and breakfast are the the highest points to highlight. I would definitely stay in the same place again.
Absolutely beautiful hotel that melds historic with modern elegance. One of the loveliest hotels we stayed at in Spain. Our room opened onto the square. Fabulous location that was a short walk to everything in the old town.
Super comfortable large bed and spacious room is the best of my trip in Spain. Good wifi connection and friendly staff. Location is accessible by bus number 34 from the train station.
The view from the room makes visiting Zaragoza well worthwhile!
The hotel has its own carpark (which may be even cheaper than the public one at the end of the square)
