Originally, the old villa was born as a country residence and produced wine made from the vineyards in San Lorenzo.

We loved everything about this gorgeous guesthouse, located right in the centre of Marzamemi. We stayed in room 1 with the terrace. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and a very tasty breakfast laid out every morning. Francesca and Corrado are the loveliest people. We really appreciated all the tips and recommendations. Hope to come back sometime!

We stayed there for few days and everything was super!
The little playground for our daughter kept her entertained as well as the swimming pool.
The room is very clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient as it is just 3 minutes (by car) away from the beach, Marzamemi and 10 minutes from Vendicari.
The family who owns it it is very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and made sure we had the most pleasant stay there.
The breakfast is great!
Definitely recommend this place

Christina welcomed us warmly. We had a lovely clean, big, and stylish room, with a big double bed and a single. Both were very comfortable. The large bathroom with walk-in shower was fabulous and beautifully done. We arrived on a cold and wet afternoon, having got quite chilly walking around both Noto and Marzamemi in the rain, so used the fan in the room on super setting which warmed us up nicely.
Breakfast the next morning was served on the terrace in full sunshine and was fresh and plentiful, with a good selection of sweet and savoury items.
Christina was lovely, friendly and gave us some great local tips and recommendations of coastal places to visit on the next leg of our trip. She was also patient and encouraging of my basic Italian. Her dogs were well trained, friendly and seem to enjoy welcoming guests too. This is a nice place to stay near the coast and Christina is a great host.

Marzamemi is a small but charming medieval town on the Ionian coast. It's a Unesco-listed town, and rightly so: 500-year-old houses flank a picturesque square full of life, delicious food and fine wine. The surrounding beaches attract both active swimmers and families with children to swim and relax. A beautiful pearl on the southern coast of Sicily - well worth a visit!

Having no knowledge of this place at all before arrival, initially it seemed a bit of a dump (we arrived from the north and couldn't find the way initially). Once we figured out you had to park in the residential area and walk to the village itself, we liked it a lot more! Many interesting shops (Campisi and Adelfio, for tuna, pistacchio, anchovy and tomato products) and lovely little restaurants and eating places near the fishing port. It was busy for a Saturday night in late October, but I dread to think how mobbed it gets in July - August, when I see the huge fields used for parking! I'd say avoid high season, apparently you can't get into restaurants and have to fight your way along the main street.

Marzamemi is a pretty little town, especially around the harbour and town square. It appears to hold several cultural events. A Book Festival was being held at the time of our visit, with specific activities for children. And, there were posters about a Film Festival that had been held in September. However a good understanding of Italian would be required to attend these events.
The bars and restaurants are mainly around the harbour and in the town square. They offered a variety of meals, mainly seafood as Marzamemi is/was a fishing village. The prices were all very similar, €15 - €20 for a main course, as was the quality.
The harbour offers the best photo opportunities especially at sunset.
Marzamemi is close to a coastal park area, you will need transport as I did not see any local buses, which gives you the opportunity to watch a variety of bird species including flamingos! There are ancient ruins and an abundance of wild plants. A fascinating area. As this area is very open I recommend you wear a hat. Also, there are a couple of shaded spots with cafe/bistro and seats.

A very busy seaside resort with all facilities necessary for a successful holiday, especially large number & range of restaurants. One problem was that due to our need to use the car to get to other end of resort we spent too much (usually €5 a time) on parking. Another blemish was that the one & only farmacia was closed when it should have been open. Limited grocery stores but some good supermarkets in nearby Pachino

Sadly we had much higher expectations of Marzamemi.
Sadly we had much higher expectations of Marzamemi. The town is an extremely busy tourist spot but because of this it really lacks any authentic feel and is defunct of true Sicilian culture. Disappointing visit.

This location is a must!
This location is a must! variety of shops, restaurants and café's is brilliant. Prices are very good and quality of food was exceptional.
Marzamemi is a vibrant town and wonderfully balmy nocturnal al fresco atmosphere that continues all through the month August. You can mingle open-air bars for 'aperitive hour' and can then choose from one of the excellent seafront fish restaurants. As night falls, the piazza is taken over by live bands and DJs who provide entertainment for anyone in a dancing mood...
I truly loved this town and will definitely return! Stayed at 'La casetta di Tina' that is within walking distance to the town centre!!!!
We had the warmest welcome, despite arriving quite late, due to our flight being delayed. Mrs Rosaria and her daughters were always extremely helpful and friendly, always up for a chat and they made us feel very comfortable. Our room was also very comfortable, quiet and it had a huge private terrace. The breakfast was really tasty and fresh every morning. We very much appreciated the private hidden carpark, which gave us piece of mind at night, with our rented car. The location is in very close proximity of the most amazing beaches.
Great welcome, Lida and her husband Giuseppe (an ex top chef from Switzerland ) were amazing hosts. What a breakfast !! homemade from Giuseppe daily this is an amazing B&B, really top class and good value for money in a great location.Service was outstanding, we would highly recommend staying here and it was by far the best B&B we stayed in during our 10 day holiday to Sicily. Also Marzamemi is still a real hidden gem and I hope stays that way.
The host and her two lovely dogs, super friendly, we’re such a nice treat. Her small pool was perfect, and we were the first to swim in it this year. It is very close to the adorable town.,Marzamemi. Christina was so accommodating- we had a delicious breakfast and cappuccino. Probably our favorite place! We’ve been traveling 5 weeks now.. I invited her to visit us in Colorado - that’s how much we enjoyed her company❤️
Wonderful little hotel. Old world charm meets beach style modern renovation. The room was just so adorable, and the deck was a big bonus. I loved sitting out there. The hotel overall is nicely appointed, clean and bright. Staff was all top notch as well and the owner answered every question I had promptly. Also, only a one minute walk from the iconic piazza!
Great location! Extremely cozy, perfect for a couple or a family of four. Location is prime! It is less than a 10min walk from Centro Storico. Parking in Marzamemi can be challenging. However, the host graciously provided free parking during our entire stay that was located a block away. What is there not to like about this place!
The house is right on the beach in a quite position but walking distance to Marzamemi centre. The sea view from the room was a real treat!
The house is best for longer stays as there was nothing provided, you will have to buy even shower gel.
There is a kitchen, but again nothing is provided, not even olive oil or salt.
Everything was great! The location is super center and it has everything you need from the kitchen you can cook, washing machine, big rooms, and comfy bed. The place is spotlessly clean as well. She welcomed us like a family and we had a great time in Marzamemi. I highly recommend this beautiful place!
The apartment is very clean and bright. You can see the sea from almost every room. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The hosts are a very friendly family and we felt immediately at home. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in Sicily!
Beautiful compact apartment with several great outdoor areas (upstairs Sun terrace with views; pool; outdoor terrace for apartment). Really convenient location - 15 minute walk to Marzamemi for food but also close to nice beaches and about 30 minutes walk to San Lorenzo.
Very comfortable apartment for a family stay. The place is new, well-equipped and very close to the Marzamemi beach street. The host was great as well - giving us advice for local attractions, places to eat and house amenities.
Lovely beach stay with aquatic themes throughout.
Sea view and terrace to die for. Was a 3 minute walk to all the amenities of Marzamemi and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Luigi was incredibly hospitable and amicable.
Very clean hotel with a peaceful atmosphere, great views on the sea and olive trees. Organic and great breakfast, clean swimming pool, great location - beaches are very near as well as Noto and Marzamemi.
It is a beautiful villa, large space and perfect for a family. Location is perfect - next to the beach, walking distance to the town centre and all nice restaurants. Private lockable parking. We loved it!
House was with a amazing sea view with the direct access to the private beach… close to the very nice town center ( easily accessible by free bikes included in the apartment)
the position near the sea is great, but this is the grottier beach at Marzamemi. the apartment was typical of a beach appartment and reasonably equipped.
