I'm so happy to have found this lil loft just in time for mums birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed. Mum said it was like we went to France! From the antique decor piece to the lovely soft linen used throughout the house ,it was all so beautiful 😍 we didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back for another visit soon

Daylesford is good any time of year.

Daylesford is good any time of year. Especially nice in Autumn. The Lake was beautiful with the sun on it and autumn leaves falling photographic. Wombat Hill gardens were lovely as was Hepburn Springs. Jackie's on Vincent is one of our favourite place to eat and we weren't disappointed. Nice range of shops and historical buildings from the gold rush era. The Historical Society and Museum run by Volunteers is really informative and great.

Lovely country town, everybody helpful and friendly,...

Lovely country town, everybody helpful and friendly, especially at the hotel. Great little shopping and restaurants, cafes, etc. Beautiful scenery and surrounding areas. unfortunately we didn't have time to visit any spas, but will definitely go again. The only downfall was the taxi service, which we had ordered to take us to my daughter's wedding. It didn't turn up, and after many phone calls, finally out hotel manager got one for us. Ditto when we left the reception, didnt show. Worse, was the limo that my son-in-in law had organised to take him and my daughter to their accommodation, didn't show after the reception. So everybody left, and they were left standing. Had to get a friend to come and get them, Spoilt a lovely day for them, as he had planned a romantic surprise. No real apology from the company, just refunded the money.

Daylesford is a Rural Victoria gem, filled with art galleries and great shopping, but most of all an awesome atmosphere where everyone is welcomed. The springs are closeby and wellness spas are abundant, as are a host of other attractions, but you will need transport (car/motorbike) to make the most of it. The annual Pride ChillOut festival over the long labour day weekend is a must, a weekend filled with a host of events and where all the Daylesford businesses get involved. A truly magical time.

It was easy to spend 3 days in Daylesford visiting galleries, parks and the lake area. The food was excellent at the cafes and restaurants I visited, especially The Farmers Arms Hotel which also had a lovely outdoor area. If you’re into second hand shopping, you must visit the Mill Market and op shops too!

As long time lovers of Daylesford we can safely say this accommodation has surpassed our expectations in every way. Every single aspect of this home has been immaculately planned. There’s not a single thing you could want for! From the tiling to the tea cups every detail has been such a pleasant and luxurious surprise. Getting to enjoy a girls weekend away with our own bathrooms was such a treat. We are completely obsessed with this house and can’t wait to return.

Everything! The house itself is so beautiful & has so much character, one of the most memorable places I have stayed at Surprises around every corner, it was the perfect stay, so close to town Great communication with the host, they provided everything you need, towels, milk, tea, coffee, electric blankets, games, so so much, even had the heating on when we arrived which made the house super cosy There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room

We loved the cozy room. Lots of nice lamps which gave the room a lovely ambience. The location was fantastic. Everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We booked this particular room because we wanted the spa bath and it lived up to our expectations. If you do the same - bring your own bath salts like we did (thanks, Chemist Warehouse!) as the ones in Daylesford are very expensive!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were in great supply. We love staying in Daylesford at East street. Great spot away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far away from the main street and shops, cafes etc. Also lovely and quiet and great place to relax.

The location was central to everything. The room was comfortable although the airconditioner was a little noisy. We had dinner in the bistro downstairs and the meal was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel as a must stay if visiting Daylesford. Excellent value for money.
