Everything is new and well-designed. The personal age friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed view during the breakfast - on the mountain and Seia.

Nice little gem where we were welcomed by Catia and André and where we felt like home. Check-in was seamless and contactless, clear instructions on how to enter the place. Our room had huge bay windows overlooking the mountains. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was complete - huge variety of food carefully prepared. Highly recommend if you are looking for great hosts and a quiet place to relax and enjoy lush views of the valley.

The only issue was I thought we were getting one space and we got another. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean. The hosts were beyond gracious...welcoming, wonderful. We will definitely go back. It was an extraordinary and wonderful trip.

Nice little town.
Nice little town.
I is a little uncharacteristic nowadays, with some new uncontrolled construction
Still, you're able to find some nice spots for a couple of photos and good places to visit and also eat

Only went into Seia once during our stay but wished we'd spent more time there. Difficult time to review things because of all the restrictions at the moment. Recommend Taberna to eat, great food and lovely service.

Perfect getaway from busy life.
Perfect getaway from busy life. At the foothills of serra de estrela, the tiny villages, especially Sandomil, was a great break. The hosts at Sandomil RiverBeach Nest were fantastic. The house by the river is relaxing and zen. I would definitely come back.

Quiet, calm, pleasant and spacious city, many shops and offices, you can solve any issue, from shoe repair to laptop repair. There are 3 interesting and unique museums (Bread, hydropower and toys), several good roads to the mountains, clear water in the tap, a lot of forests and springs. Good Italian, Neapolitan pizzeria in the city center with an outgoing owner and quality pizza.
The property is a bit up the hill from the small town Seia. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The house where we stayed was very spacious (we were two people, but it could fit a small family) and quite cosy. You're quite immersed in nature and have some nice hikes to do nearby.
The place also has a beautiful restaurant where they offer a tasty, diverse breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner some days of the week (unfortunately not the days we were there, otherwise we would for sure have eaten there).
The breakfast was poor - very little choice and not very appetizing. Did not like not being able to select my own food - we stayed at many hotels in August and this was the only one that did not permit self-service. The dining room was depressing - dark and needed updating. Only had breakfast there on first morning. Couldnt face it again!!
On the upside - the lady on reception was always very cheerful and helpful... she deserves a special mention
The food was amazing, the service was lovely. Everyone was super kind and we really felt welcomed.
It doesn't feel like a typical hotel with a big hallway and everything fancy, and we missed nothing. We even loved even more the picturesque vibes it gives, and how it blends into the mountain landscape.
One of the top moments was the picnic 🧺 we ordered as an extra to take to our hike in the mountains 👌🏼
The rooms are brand new, location is near "fluvial beach", surrounded by nature.
The hotel restaurant serves quality traditional Portuguese food in a very nice setting and fair prices.
The hosts, Andre and Catia, are fantastic people who truly take care of their guests. They helped us plan our tour, recommending excellent restaurants and places to visit in the region.
The venue is amazing, on top of the mountain with a nice view on the Seia valley. The hotel is super modern and design oriented (with a scandivian touch). The staff was absolutely professional, gentle and available for all requests. The garden with swimming pool (2) was absolutely stunning and the Spa very nice and clean.
Great deal. First, the location is excellent, in a small village near Serra da Estrela (a great area for hiking). The environment is calm and authentic. The appartment itself is very comfortable, equiped and the breakfast is fantastic. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice!
The breakfast was great! everything at the hotel was cean and tidy, and the staff we so friendly. Will definitely return next time, hopfully when its not raining so much so we can engoy the pool. Secure Car Parking, and only a 5 min walk into Seia (up a fairly steep hill).
The breakfast was wonderful and very good!:) Employees of the hotel were excellent - very helpful! Location was good. Parking was OK - but a little steep driveway to get into and out of parking lot. But plenty of parking available.
We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Serra da Estrela on our motorbike. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. We were able to park our motorbike under cover just outside the main doors.
Very strong location inside the old town of Seia, space highly designed to be at the same time old and modern. The building keeps clean bathrooms and confy beds, a common kitchen to be used and a living room with wi-fi.
Very nice, quite location near end of gravel road. The hosts are wonderful and warm and serve a fantastic breakfast. Close to Seia and the big mountains. We had a delightful time during our visit!
This was a gem near a beautiful national park Serra da Estrela. The property was beautiful, charming, and very clean. The hostess Millene was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and informative.
Super cosy and comfortable, everything we needed for our 3 days exploring the Serra da Estrela park. Catarina was very friendly and with great suggestions for swimming and local walks.
Location is great, very close to Serra da Estrela and 10mins from Seia. The host (Joao) was very kind, and proactive to help us with all our questions!
