Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

Objekt Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites nalazi se na 400 metara od plaže Mina Seyahi, a nudi smještaj, restoran, besplatne bicikle, vanjski bazen i fitness-centar. Hotel je odličan. Soba je bila jako velika sa kuhinjicom. Osoblje ljubazno. Čistoća odlična. Doručak predobar. Jako puno različite hrane od klasične do konkretne hrane koju jedemo za ručak. Doručak traje od 6.30 do 12.30 to nigdje drugdje nisam imala. Položaj odličan. Bazen lijep i čist. Daju vam besplatno svaki dan 4 flaše vode.

Objekt Jumeirah Living Marina Gate Hotel and Apartments nalazi se uz obalu u četvrti Dubai Marina, a okružen je restoranima, trgovačkim centrima i uslužnim sadržajima. Perfect vacation. The hotel made a present for the birthday we celebrated. And provided a better apartment complimentary. Very helpful and polite stuff. Very clean and renovated.

U sklopu aparthotela Damac Maison Canal Views na raspolaganju su vanjski bazen, restoran te elegantne i moderne smještajne jedinice s opremom za kuhanje. U svim sobama dostupan je besplatni WiFi. Amazing stay. Staff were very polite, professional and friendly especially Kareem from the reception. Daily cleaning service. Pool and location were also great.

Attractively situated in the centre of Dubai, Heaven Crest Holiday Homes Downtown - Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom Suites beside Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa features free WiFi, pool with a view and free... Very clean and well presented apartment, right next to the Mall in downtown Dubai. Very easy access to the airport and extremely friendly staff and ease of check in upon arrival

Location 🤩/ Kommunikation and easy access 🙌/ apartment size is top , has all needed inclusive, close to grocery shops and good restaurants/ shopping . It was clean and top enjoyable ! Situated in Dubai, 1.3 km from Burj Khalifa and 1.9 km from Dubai Mall, Paramount Hotel Midtown Flat with Burj Khalifa View offers a bar and air conditioning. The view was amazing but that’s about it.
