The house is very picturesque and recently renovated. You can feel the history but have access to all modern comfort. Room was large enough with 2 balconies and a lovely view. Bed was AMAZING, as was the shower! Walking distance to the boat. In 10-15 min you are in the heart of Venice! We find that Lido offers a much more relaxed and authentic vibe (less touristic), and a great place to have dinner away from the rush of Venice. The owner Sven is very helpful. He told us many interesting facts about Venice, what to visit and how to get there. This made a significant impact on our holiday. Please ask him for info when you visit! We highly recommend this place.

The location was close to the beach, vaporetto, and terrific local restaurants - less than 10 mins vaporetto from St Marks square. The room was clean & comfortable. We will for sure stay here on our next trip to Venice!

The villa itself is stunning, the apartment was very beautiful, large, comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. The dog was very sweet, I wish we saw her more :)  parking was super easy right on the street. About 10 minutes walk to the vaporetto to get to the center, so you’re close to everything and even closer to the Biennale.  We got fish at the local market and we were able to bake it at home, which was excellent. You are two minutes away from the beach. The weather was warm. We were even able to swim, it wasn’t too cold.  it was very nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had kitchen towels, dishwasher with dish tablets, and salt and some sugar, Nespresso machine, so you could bring or buy some spices if you plan to cook. Make sure you make it to the terrace on the roof, it’s such beautiful view ❤️ Thanks to Alessandra, the host, we got on the correct ferry that carries cars, the one from Tronchetto not Punta Sabbioni.

Everything was clean and the room was cleaned during my stay (which I didn't even need). The possibility of making coffee and tea in the room is very pleasant. The villa is very close to the vaporettos, but the neighborhood is quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back here.
