Great stay at Hotel Urirotstock. The village is perfect with stunning views of the mountains. Our room had a great little terrace where we could sit, breathe in the clean air and listen to the river below. Breakfast was fresh and continental and the coffee was very welcome. The restaurant had a good variety of meals and the portion sizes were definitely filling. There is a bus that takes you down to the local town if the winding mountain drive does not take your fancy. The trip down to the lake is a must with ferry options at the bottom of the road or in Fuelen a little further on.

We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The location of the hotel is great! It's like you're in a fairy tale! The staff is very polite and we were offered to upgrade our room! Breakfast was not very big but tasty.
