Incredibly friendly staff and right off Camino de santiago. Rooms were what you would expect for a 1 star hotel, but a good value. Breakfast was 4,50 and consisted of coffee, toast, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet town.

Julia was outstanding! So kind and helpful in every way.
The hotel, which used to be a private home, has retained its warm ambiance while being elegant at the same time. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. The pillows were delightful as there were different types and thicknesses!😁
The views of the sea were breathtaking.

Cutest place ever! So sorry that my arrival coincided with a steady rain as the outdoors area had so many wonderful spots for just hanging out. The staff were over-the-top pleasant and spoke multiple languages. They had plenty of vino tinto, perfect after a long day of trudging in the rain. I opted to dine at the hotel due to the weather and couldn’t begin to finish my incredible 4-course meal. The buffet breakfast was quite nice and the staff will make you whatever else you might like. Adored my room. Just so sweet. Adored the hotel’s quirkiness. One of my favorite places on the Camino!

Colunga is just off the coast and probably 2km to the west of Hotel Los Caspios. It is a busy, nice little town with plenty of bars and eating places. The Church dominates the centre. There are a couple of ATMs there too, but beware, they charge for withdrawing, especially Sterling to Euros.
As we are walking the Camino Norte this fantastic hotel was conveniently nearby and we are so glad we chose to stay here. From the comfortable room that was very appreciated after walking all day to the amazing food we ate in the restaurant adjoining the hotel and the amazing breakfast offered to us the morning after.....we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were wonderful and we thank you for a very memorable stay.
This is a great place to stop during the Camino de Santiago. It is a good value for a room and bathroom to yourself in comparison with the average prices of other private rooms/hotels. The room was clean and spacious. There is also a bar downstairs with a nice pilgrim dinner (it's big enough to share).
This is a lovely little hotel. We had a very nice welcome and stayed in a very comfortable well appointed room. Breakfast was very pleasant and the whole experience was leisurely and friendly. The restaurant across the road served excellent food at a reasonable price.

The hotel was adequate, but the hosts (staff) were exceptional! It was the warm and welcoming staff that made this a very pleasant and memorable stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
the hotel is set in beautiful grounds and the interior is traditionally lovely. We didn't have breakfast but on site honesty drinks and snacks were great, including alcohol, laid out in opulent lounges.
Very nice setting with our own private patio. Close to the Camino in La Isla. We had a problem with the washer door and the owner came to fix it and make sure we didn’t have a problem later.
Enjoyed this aloof hotel with quietness, greenery, birds and kitties. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. I was very pleased with homemade dinner after a long day walk.
Nice hotel. Good restaurant. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our requests. The hotel was very near Colunga Jurassic Park. I recommend this place to everyone.
Very traditional old style hotel with a great restaurant and bar below,,set in the centre of the small Town, a fair distance walk away from the beach but a pleasant walk.
Quirky and artistic style of the rooms and the garden. Its nice to stay in a place that is not decorated exactly like most hotels. The place has a romantic feel.
