First of all, the staff - they truly make the stay great. Professional, friendly, and helpful. All of them, without exception. I've stayed at Jiva Hill several times, and the service and attention to detail are always present.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and a good size. We took a bus from Geneva airport and walked about 400m to the hotel. There are laundry facilities on site which was useful.

I don't recommend the room was so tiny even 1-person can't stay. In the room picture they mentioned 3 beds, but it was bunker bed. Travelling was big issue and no public transport available in time and i cont. get uber many times. It was my worst experience.

I booked on the basis of easiest access to return a hire car to the French side of Geneva Airport and cost for three adults to stay overnight prior to an early morning flight. This hotel exceeded our expectations in what it delivers for the price. Friendly and professional mask-wearing staff (I believe Katalina?) who upgraded our room in respect of my mobility issues and (I believe Katarina?) who gave us a wonderful recommendation to a local restaurant for the best pizza ever. The room was clean and spacious enough for three adults, with one double and one single bed. Good shower, a window which opened, a desk, clothes cupboard. Based on previous comments re room size we were pleasantly surprised as the room, the caring and professional service, a very secure gated carpark etc all exceeded our expectations. Airport is a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything would have been perfect except for the faulty air-conditioning. I suggest you check regularly to make sure that all amenities are in order before renting out the rooms. We had an over-all nice stay

Small village. Nearby Ferney Voltaire is better small town.
Small village. Nearby Ferney Voltaire is better small town. Prevessin had 1 good french food restaurant (PATINE ) where you can also just get drinks and only 100 m walk from Premiere classe hotel.
Also further restaurants choice and large supermarket on a modern (edge of town shopping/eating) complex with plenty of parking about 1/2 km away.

This is a small town on the French side of the border close to Geneva airport. There is a mall and some restaurants in the area. But there is really not much else there. This is suitable for a one night stay prior to a flight.
The hotel is located at 5 min from Leclerc, route de Ferney. It's a quiet place which is not opened on weekends : what I mean : if you want to book a room for the weekend, you should do it before coming. If you decide on Saturday to stay for the night, the reception desk will be closed and the booking is not possible online.
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. If you stay for several weeks, you can discuss with the reception on the price.
It's close to CERN and two different border points with Geneva.
I recommend the place.
Location....Bèthune, France was good with large expanse of lawns and greenery, for dogs, as Hotel is Pet friendly.
No Staff after 9pm, or during the afternoon.
No Restaurant facilities....only Vending Machines for crisps, chocolate etc.
Coffee vending machine, dispensed dirty dishwater only, the first night, when I arrived and no staff to rectify it....especially after a tiring day/journey.
The day of departure, the coffee dispenser didn't work again?!
Location was marvellous, close enough to Geneva Airport that the cost of the ride in was far, far less than the cost of an equivalent Swiss Hotel. Quiet location, great parking, it would be a good base for a longer term stay if we were in the region. The reception staff were great, very attentive and courteous. The 12:00 noon checkout was fantastic as well.
Will stay there again for sure if we are in the region.
Best hotel Premiere Classe I've ever seen! I was extremely surprised to find a real and very nice bathroom, brand new, plus a very comfortable king size bed, huge TV. Staff was also really nice and helpful (I've been there following unexpected flights cancelation at Geneva airport).
Second time in this apartment hotel. Everything is fantastic. Great location, not too far for central Geneva and is in a nice quiet town. Receptionists were very friendly and english speaking. The room is very spacious and clean. Good facilities. Lots of parking.
A basic hotel with basic services and overpriced due to its location. Breakfast was very simple. Room was nice but too much light came in from the corridor, and you could hear the rest of the doors opening and closing and people talking.
Hotel is comfortable and clean. It was considerably cheaper than any of the other hotels available at that time close to the airport, yet perfectly comfortable. Reasonably generous check-out and good breakfast for 7.50 EUR.
The Resihome is very close to the Prevessin CERN gate. The kitchen is well equipped and pretty clean. There is also a nice balcony where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room and the bathroom are clean.
Me and my family booked this hotel because we missed our flight. We only had to spend the night and the price was very convenient compared to other hotels nearby the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The location is very good if you don't use public transport. We booked a comfort room with AC. For this area it's a bargain. Big parking lot and quiet street. Safe and secured hotel. It's basic but very nice.
Close to CERN Prévessin site (it is possible to walk, if using the CERN side entrance). Small apartment but with everything needed. We enjoyed the balcony which allowed us to have an outdoor dining room.
Nice staff, they've even got a cat employee :). Really good price compared to other hotels in Geneva.
If you pay a returnable deposit, they can lend you chargers/adaptors if you forgot to bring any.
Nothing everyone was very mean, rude, no one wanted to help. The bathrooms smelt very bad the rooms were not the cleanest the hotel staff were very rude and narrow minded !
