This hotel is nothing short of AMAZING! I had experienced an issue with the dates I had originally booked through Booking.com which annoyingly they didn't fix, despite 11 phone calls so I contacted/rang the hotel directly to try to amend my booking. Tassos (the owner, along with his sister Sophia) was THE most helpful person ever and was so obliging and said not to stress just turn up at the hotel the following day and he would sort everything out. The following day, we had not even got out of the taxi in front of the hotel when Tassos appeared with a big smile, shook our hands, took our cases and said 'welcome!' We got inside and he asked us what we wanted to drink from the bar, as the drinks were complimentary.! We sat outside on the patio over looking the sea and the place just felt like home...The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the décor inside is stunning, boutique, contemporary and beach-side chic, tasteful and very laid back. The vibe throughout the hotel is chilled and the smell is divine. (reminded me of London Edition!) No expense has been spared with the décor and fitting out of the hotel. Tassos had upgraded our room and gave us a huge suite on the front of the hotel - the bedding was sumptuous. The menu had some stunning dishes on it all freshly prepared in an open kitchen by one of Tassos's relatives and TBH, it was very difficult knowing what to pick as it all sounded amazing. Breakfast is outstanding, the food is delicious and the organic wine delightful. All in all, Eleals is THE place to go, Tassos, Sophia and the team CANNOT do enough for you, their hospitality is wonderful and every interaction with every member of the team you meet just feels like they go that extra mile to please you and make your stay memorable. The hotel, the food, the experience, the staff, everything about it is absolutely top-notch We were sad to leave this wonderful place, we arrived as strangers and left as friends - we'll 100% be coming back.!

Small town with some shops and restaurants. 10 min away from bigger touristic center Benitses. Easy to reach by public transportation from airport, but renting a car would be good idea. Car and bike rental is available on site.

Perama seems to consist of 2 or 3 hotels, a restaurant and a supermarket on a busy road.
The area is ideal if you wish to enjoy the hotel facilities and use the blue bus route outside the hotel to take you into Corfu town and on to other resorts for the day.
Benitsis is about 15 minutes on the bus where there is more of a resort atmosphere

Perama is nice, there are several restaurants, beautiful views over the sea, beaches, the water is crystal clear, you can have a great view on the airport of Corfu, where the airplanes fly directly over your head and cross to the other side, where are more restaurants, hotels, shops and beautiful views. You can also make a boat trip to Mouse island, but when we were there they were closed.

Perama is nice, very busy area tho.
Perama is nice, very busy area tho. The best thing about Perama is the Mouse Island - a must see, really. I don't like the fact that they don't have sidewalks there and not a lot road crossing paths. The bus is fairly easy to take, so we could also do our travel without a car rental.

Perama is a series of houses and hotels, stretched along a very busy route from Corfu to the south. There are no sidewalks - walking along the road is life threatening. Of course, this place is not suitable for families with children. There are several lovely coves under the steep coast directly opposite the Mouse Island, where you have to go down steep stairs. At the end of September there are very few people. The beach is just a concrete slab under a steep bank with a few sun loungers. Descent down the steep stairs. There are buses passing by that can take you quickly to Kuerkira or (in the opposite direction) to Benitses. It is better to go there for dinner - there are many good restaurants. Perama is the best place for those who come to explore the island by car and do not like noisy crowded beaches.

Horrible experience, unfriendly and unprofessional receptionists, broken sink the whole bathroom was flooded in water. Horrible noise from the road, planes and guests. They also cleaned with water the stairs without putting a sign of wet floor and I almost killed myself,
A full kitchen goes a long way when you're coeliac. Especially when all utensils are meticulously clean. The hosts are very welcoming. This is a family owned business and you could sense they would go the extra mile to make you feel like home. Felt much better spending my money there than on a big hotel. Aviation fans will love the location, there's a birds eye view of Corfu airport runway and relatively easy access to a land bridge where you can see airplanes literally land on top of your head (super exciting at night)
To briefly sum up the treasure that was our short trip to Corfu, one word comes to mind : generosity. Nature’s generosity with its breathtaking marriage of the mountains to the clear blue sea...in a pure Olympian calm. And in Corfu, we discovered another gem, the fruit of a beautiful family’s labor : Eleals hotel. Our stay at this hotel which feels like home, was a gift of Sofia, Tassos and their staff’s heartwarming generosity and elegant attention to the smallest details. We leave Corfu simply...grateful.
We had the room with the ocean view and it was amazing! They have a beach that is easily accessible at all times and I captured fishes around my feet with my camera under water. The beach is kept clean and it has clear water. The staff were so friendly and helpful and arranged the doctor for us for Covid testing in the hotel itself. The highlight of the place is definitely the view and the staff for us! We would definitely choose the same hotel again the next time.
The apartment Ionian paths is amazing. Really nice cozy apartment with new equipment. Kitchen is great. Bathroom is out of this world. Cozy bed, AC works perfect. Location is great, 2 min walk from bus station that can drive you to beautiful CORFU old town and BENITSES. Highly recommend. Host is really kind. The apartment is much more beautiful than shown on pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.
The property is very well done perfectly new and clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable I slept great, and the balcony overlooking the sea was very nice as well. The restaurant downstairs is amazing and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. We wanted to stay outside of Corfu town as we rented a car and it was not very far.
Batis and his daughter (elena) really made the stay extra special. They always had a big smile on their face! The information they gave us really made our stay on the island a lot easier and their recommendations where amazing. The room it’s self was also really clean and I don’t think the view from balcony could be any better in the whole of Corfu!
Location is great, close to Corfu town and airport, bus stop is near by which takes you to the close beach or town. Rooms are very clean, every day sheets were changed by the host. Special tanks to Yanis who was very patient even if we came late to check in he was waiting for us at 3 am. For that price and location, value is very good.
A beautiful small villa, which was immaculate, with every comfort provided for and lovely additional touches provided by the hosts which made the stay so comfortable and easy. The location is fantastic for supermarkets, tavernas and the sea, and the bus stop to Corfu Town and to beaches down the coast is just a stone's throw away.
Recently renovated, modern, minimalistic, clean, polite stuff. The chef I suspect must have had experience in an expensive restaurant. It's a small hotel, hence the buffet was not big. But ....... some days the food was of the kind you would order in a fancy restaurant: Mouthwatering delicious. Views from the room were beautiful.
The property was in a gorgeous area and the owner of the hotel was exceptionally helpful and gave us tons of recommendations. The hotel is close to a bus stop, so it’s pretty easy to get around. I definitely recommend eating at “avra”, the restaurant down the road, but there are plenty of great food options around!!
Mouse Island View Studios are in a great location, quite close to Corfu Town centre and close to the airport where you can see the planes take off and land from the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit again!!
Exactly as described, lovely apartment well decorated and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Corfu. It is well located 10 mins from the city centre. Spiros was on hand to answer any questions we had and was very welcoming. The view from the balcony is amazing and it felt very peaceful.
The hotel is 50m from Kaiser Bridge and only 20 min from Corfu Town. The balcony view is beautiful and the room is clean. Many thanks to Marina ( the owner). She was very nice and helpful with everything.
We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
The staff is very friendly. The hotel is next to the road. It is very convenient for those who travel with a car, and it is not good at all for those, who walk to the beaches because Corfu has no pavements.
Lovely lady at reception, very welcoming and friendly! Bus stop just outside which takes you into Corfu city for only €2.30 a person, going mostly every hour, would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Position, nice view. Good price and nice meals.
Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Room service was great. Staff allowed us prolonged stay at beach, pool and in the loby. Overall great.
Cosy and clean apartments in Perama. It is very close to bus stop and to the sea. 40 minutes of walking from Achilleon and the same from Kerkira. Very welcoming host and quiet garden.
Incredible hotel, breakfast, bar, staff, facilities, distance to Corfu and location! If you are considering this hotel, just book it! You will not be disappointed.
