We liked the friendly staff in the hotel, they all gave their best to make our experience great.
The hotel is beautiful as well, but the rooms desperately need renovation. We had double room with sea view. We apprecciated the inner pool since the sea was still too cold to swim.
Offering panoramic views of the Vrsar Marina from most rooms, the Hotel Vista is located a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and the beach. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel.

View of the sea from apartement.
Location is great. Everything is so close.
Beachs are in walking distance, 5-10 minutes.
Located in Vrsar, the pearl of the Croatian riviera, on a hill overlooking the town and boasting marvellous sea views, you will find the Zuzic family's guest house.
One of the most-widely known naturist centres in Europe, situated south of Vrsar, at the entrance to Limski Bay.

Loved our 3rd stay at Koversada. Huge investment into the site since 2023, including the welcome addition of microwave and nespresso coffee machine in apartment. Staff as usual were friendly welcoming and attended to all needs.
Apartment is lovely and airy and comfortable-perfect for 2. Bed is super comfy and large. Site facilities are great with the lovely town of Vrsar a short walk away.
The beaches are great, clear water, nice equipment.
The beaches are great, clear water, nice equipment. Nice small town, you can easily walk from one end to another (city center is on a steep hill). Nice atmosphere, sometimes live music in bars and main square.
Not too crowded.
All restaurants offer the same food, burgers, grilled meat, pizza, truffle pasta (the only vegetarian option). All mediocre but overpriced, with average or bad service.
Got a parking fine for no reason we could find, Friday night for leaving the car on the painted parking space for 10 minutes. Obviously a tourist trap as someone must have waited there to issue the ticket. No explanation whatsoever or means to pay from home or during weekend.
Overall you get the feeling they want to make money on tourists quickly but don't really like them.

Vrsar is relatively small but lacks nothing.
Vrsar is relatively small but lacks nothing. The harbour setting is superb and the old town hill is atmospheric and timeless. Access to the high squares with wonderful views and restaurants is assisted by frequent small trains. The main road is away from the central socializing area, and a coastal path for walking and cycling extends many kilometres.

Small town with small traditional shops and restaurants with price friendly good food. Nice path along the sea for evening walk or morning run. Plenty of evening bars with live music. Sea is warm with nice white small stones at the beach.

Vrsar is relatively small but lacks nothing.
Vrsar is relatively small but lacks nothing. Tremendously photogenic both out to sea and the historic unspoiled hill rising to the campanile. Wide choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets which are largely family run. Good class live music abounds in cafe bars all the way up to the atmospheric top courtyards, with a happy absence of disco! The evenings are a busy but peaceful delight.
Traffic free coastal paths are ideal for walking and cycling to the nearby campsites and motorhome areas of Petulan and Koversada with unrestricted access everywhere. Vrsar is therapeutic !

The old center is very romatic even though it is quite small. There are a lot of restaurants where you can eat or have a drink. On some days ( 3-4 times a week) you can go and see live music in the city. Vrsar is on a hill so count with some up and down walking but the views are worth it. The sea is without fish but around the coastline are a lot of small islands where you can go if you have paddleboard or a boat. The whole city is clean and friendy and I can recommed visiting it.

Vrsar retains the feel of a village.
Vrsar retains the feel of a village. The hill is a magical place which is developing without spoiling itself. There is an influx in the evenings from neighbouring campsites which gives the resort a happy atmosphere which does not extend late in the evening. It is not a beach resort in the usual sense but has a beautiful rocky coastline with stunning sunsets.
Any kitchen equipment was there, as well as two dishwashers. For big family trips it is perfectly equipped and you can cook each day.
The pool was clean and refreshing.
Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The beach is only 8min walking away, but consider that you have to walk down a hill to get there. Vrsar is build in a hill, so be aware that you will have lot of down and up hill walks.
Toni was very nice and helpful at the reception. I had specially asked for double bed in both room by calling the hotel before my stay and by email and I had a written confirmation that it was OK to have double beds. Because of some health issues it was very important for us. But I was disappointed ,they gave us two single beds in both room. There was no efforts done to correct it.
Half board was extremely good all the time. Room was standard, clean. Internet stable. Air condition worked very well. Stone beach very nice, clean, with stairs in the sea with hand rails and with showers. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas could be hired. Similar sun beds and umbrellas were free of charge for hotel guests at the pool. Use of personal equipment on the beach is not prohibited.
The property was spacious and comfortable for two people with a well equipped kitchen and large bed. The host is an absolute dream, she is kind, friendly and helpful. It was like living at home with a caring relative! The apartment is a short walk from the old town and the beach. I would 100% stay here again if I came back to Vrsar.
It is a nice small family hotel with very friendly hosts and it is located cca 1 km from the sea. Rooms have one of the best beds in this category of the hotels and they have big balconies / terases. Breakfast has enough variety to find something to get you go in the morning and hosts will also prepare you eggs on request.
The naturist resorts are disappearing and this is one of the last resort in Croatia. Spending time on the beach in the natural shade and swimming in the clean sea is the best. The included breakfast and dinner are good - especially for the money that you are paying. They have added a safe.
We went in hotel Villa Vrsar as a family of 4 and we really enjoyed it :)
The hosts are extremely nice and very, very helpful and the atmosphere is great, we felt like we were home :)
Everything was nice and clean, food is great and location awesome!
Would recommend ;)
Very nice and stylish appartment perfectly located to enjoy Vrsar.
The spacious appartment was absolutely tidy and the terrace is great to enjoy breakfast with a view over the harbour and small islands in front.
Contact with the owners was friendly and easy.
Excellent stay in a brand new renovated house. The location is in a nice quiet village just a short drive away from Rovinj and Vrsar, which we have frequently visited. Hosts were hind to even provide a baby cot and made our stay very pleasant.
Beach was literally 40 meters form our balcony. There are parts of hotel much further from sea, but that was not our case. Beach, sea a room were beautiful. Internet went fine, shade on beach under the trees was welcome. Like the place.
The apartment is in a great location, in the very heart of the old town, spacious and clean. The hosts are very nice and made us feel welcome and made our stay very enjoyable. Would recommend it to everyone coming to Vrsar.
Very clean appartment, nice bars, very nice employees. Not more to say, from our side 5 stars. The striking distance to Vrsar is very nice as well, max. 25min walk to the "city" with good restaurants and cocktail bars.
The apartment is at a prime location, close to restaurants and boardwalk. Very clean and comfy. The hosts were amazing, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone coming to Vrsar ☺️
Everything we needed right there or in walking distance. Staff has great attitudes. Felt like all Croatians wanted us to have the best time and have great service. This is a hidden diamond.
great mobile homes. very well-kept environment, dog-friendly camping. newly furnished mobile homes. good location, you can walk along the coast to Vrsar in 10 minutes
