The Urban is an awesome resort with excellent, clean and well appointed rooms and facilities The swimming pool is perfectly positioned with tropical gardens. Complimentary afternoon tea was a surprising bonus. The location is within easy walking distance to markets, shops, cafe's and the famous PUB STREET..I would highly recommend The URBAN as excellent value and the perfect location.

Great hotel, from the moment we arrived. Nice spacious room which was clean and modern, lovely staff who told us about the ethos of the hotel and were always happy to help, and just generally a very good vibe. The food was tasty and reasonable value for a nice hotel. There are two swimming pools - one on the roof and the other downstairs by the restaurant area. Had everything we needed and the Tuk Tuk service to take people into the busier centre was really helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)

If you’re looking for beautiful hotels with big swimming pool, I can recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great design with modern facilities. Room was spotlessly clean with good size and free WiFi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was a good place to relax with sunbeds and trees around. Location was good close to pub street. We would highly recommend this hotel and will come to stay again!!!!
