Everything is clean and neat , personnel is kind and polite, the owner is friendly, approachable and nice. The pool water and pool area are clean and confortable. There is a little playground for kids,also. The rooms are cleaned everyday and suplies are refiled. Also, there are markets nearby. The food was fresh,tasty and there were plenty of choice.

The guy was very kind and helpful, even though he wasnt speaking good english. The room was clean it had a big fridge, iron and boiler. There is also a small garage which is as i saw for 2 cars approximatelly. it is a decent hotel but not a 4 star hotel as it is presented by the owners to the booking app.

This was a perfect location for us, visiting wildlife sites on the south of Montenegro, including Ulcinj salt pans (great birdwatching) and the southern part of Lake Skadar (which is a longer drive away but worth it). Fabulous wildlife locally too with house martins from the balcony, squirrels and butterflies by the beach.
We loved our balcony which really made the stay special. It’s a quiet place outside of the town.
Breakfast (included in the price) was magnificent with a good range of food and beautifully presented, a real event. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was delicious and good value.
Unlike many places we ate in Montenegro the music in the restaurant was tasteful, not loud and distracting, it really helps create a nice atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and always helpful.
