Breakfast had fresh fruit, local dishes and chef-made omelettes on demand. Sometimes the staff had us wait a bit long, but who is in a hurry? Also it's nice to get everything billed to your room. The pool is very nice too.

The place is so tranquile and beautiful. There's the beach front with large trees spending shade, and the little mangrove lagoon on the other side with a large monitor lizard and some cows chilling at. Mina is the most welcoming host and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast is yummy (fruits, eggs, bread, good coffee!!) and the scooters we rented worked perfectly. We stayed in the simple bungalow which was very cute and clean. They also sell beer at the hotel and kayaks are for free. We absolutely loved our stay!

We asked for the newer type bungalow. I really liked the jacuzzi bath (with a view), nice, clean pool for a dip at the end of the day, quiet, spacious bungalow and friendly staff who helped arrange boat transfers, trip to Phang Nga bay, scooter rental etc.

Best villas with private pools in Phuket area.
The Ocean Villa has a really big pool, we were very impressed.
Excellent views.
Great resort for relax and rest.
Really fast room service, really nice people.
There were small things that were a plus: 24/7 chat on Whatsapp, daily complimentary fruit basket, free massage at breakfast.
The rooms are really big and comfy.
The pool was cleaned everyday.
The 4-star luxury hotel is nestled within a rainforest, steps from the tranquil shores of Yao Yai Islands.

I loved the fact that the villas are surrounded by trees where you can experience the proximity to nature. The resort has all the necessary amenities. The staff is lovely. Breakfast is very nice and diverse. They serve different Thai dishes that change daily but the big highlight was the food being cooked in front of you with specialties from the island.
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Saengsuree Villas Koh Yao Yai features accommodations in Ko Yao Yai. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony.

We liked the room with jacuzzi pool. Great views. Breakfast OK with a mix of buffet and chef choices.
Assistance with personal transport and local tours very helpful. The island hopping suggested by staff was great.
Transport connections from Phuket airport to the resort were fine with a good ferry set up.

We were stay for the night but wish we had booked for much longer, we will definitely be back to explore more of the island as it was the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday. We stayed at Santhiya and had such a wonderful time the trip was outstanding, I'd definitely recommend this little slice of paradise.

The food was excellent value for money, both breakfast and dinner. The host was so lovely, really helpful and kind. She organised a long tail boat trip for us to Hong Island and also took us and collected us from the pier. We had a fabulous day thanks to her. She also organised for us to have a massage in our room. She always went above and beyond to help.

A great island, just like other Thai islands used to be before they became too busy with large hotels. Quiet beaches and friendly locals.
The relatively long speed boat journey from Phuket will prevent large groups from visiting: a real positive! Worth taking a trip around the island to discover how the local economy still works.

Lovely place to stay in the middle of the island.
Lovely place to stay in the middle of the island. It has just reopened, so I was the first guest and treated very well!
So great to hear the sound of Nature at night, looking at the stars. If you're lucky, you'll see fireflies.
The place is simple, you get everything you need, the beds are big, confortable, a good night sleep! The hostess is very nice and will help you with everything you need.
Many cats around as the hostess look after them with so much love. Glad to support a business where part of the money goes for animal care.
Thank you! I loved my stay.

We loved our villa. We had a private pool.
We loved our villa. We had a private pool. The resort had 2 more pools, one was infinity and the other one on the beach level. But we didn’t feel the need to go there because of the private pool that we had with the villa.
We had dinner in Chantara restaurant every single night that we stayed the fool was delicious. We eat halal and they provided halal food.
Overall the experience was so good that we are planning a longer trip next year with the whole family.

Exceptional. Amazing. An experience we will never forget.
Exceptional. Amazing. An experience we will never forget. The hotel is so underrated and the pics on the different websites don't give any credit to this place. It's a paradise. All guests we met were had the same review. Rooms are amazing and comfortable. The resort is like a nature reserve. The infinity pool great with spectacular views, you never want to leave. The beach has hammocks. Breakfast and restaurant were lovely. The attention to details was certainly clear. You can also get luck with game viewing (we saw a Water monitor!) - Paradise! Recommended to everyone and anyone.

One the best experience in Thailand, very clean and lovely host. The entire atmosphere of this place is made possible by this family run hotel. They go above and beyond to keep the place clean and for you to have a pleasant stay. Their breakfast was wonderful and we were always happy to have a conversation. You can rent a scooter with them and have easy access to the centre and laem beach and other beaches. They are so thoughtful and available to give tips, made our stay there even better. Highly recommend
This was the best stay we Had in Thailand. The owners are so lovely and friendly. I Had an accident with my Leg before so i couldnt Walk. We ask If the knew someone who can Drive us around the Island. The owners did it by themselve for a really good price. We went to places we wouldnt Go If we did it by us. Thank you that we Had the Chance to be your guest.
The Bungalows are so nice and cute. Like living in Nature.
We are glad we Had this expierience!
Firstly, the rooms are lovely and clean and have stunning views of the sea and Koh Yao Noi. It is a good location to stay for a tranquil time on the island. The manager is one of the nicest people we’ve met in Thailand: making sure we’re safe, giving us lifts to the restaurant, staying to make dinner after we forgot to eat until 9pm. We also rented motorbikes from here to explore the island, it was so quick and easy to do, highly recommend!
because of the defamation laws in Thailand. - all I am going to do is to quote the hotel manager when I had an issue.
let his own words say how he feels about his customers.
We will evaluate your review and decide after we send your name to the Emigration or not.
Have a nice day
if you like to stay in a place where management, threatens you with reporting you to Thai police and immigration, this is a great place to stay
This was the best experience that we had throughout Thailand. The hostess is amazing, the cats are amazing, the bathroom with the window to the nature was an epic touch, the beds were the most comfortable that we had slept at, the soundscape hanging out at the porch was fascinating, and the building decoration and ideas behind it made everything even more interesting.
I cannot suggest this enough. Especially to nature lovers.
The property is Quiet and Comfortable for holidays. We stayed here in dec 2021 when we came to visit Leam Had beach. Its just 1km from this Inn and you can rent motobikes from the hotel. The owner is very nice guy and very professional. He is very clear what the guest needs and arrange it well in advance. He came to pickup in this own car and dropped us when we went for island day trip and finally at pier to phi phi.
I need to stress just how incredibly BAD my recent stay at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai was—it was nothing short of a nightmare, especially considering its supposed 5-star status. While there were a few positive aspects, like the breathtaking views and great Muay Thai classes, the negatives completely overshadowed them, leaving me dissatisfied.
There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about this beautiful off beaten place it’s owned by a small family mom made you breakfast everyday brings it to your door, it’s so quiet and fresh water was clean and we got hot water, there’s 2 7/11 in Koh Yao yai the restaurants there are very good you will need a bike on this island
We liked the room with jacuzzi pool. Great views. Breakfast OK with a mix of buffet and chef choices.

The best hotel on our 3-week Thailand tour. We took the room on third floor with jacuzzi and it was amazing as for the price. Really cozy lighting. Very high standard, very clean, very modern. We really felt like home there, relaxed and chilled. Nice swimming pools, lovely garden and very friendly crew.
It was one of the best places we stayed in Thailand.
lovely hosts, helpful and friendly, giving lots of useful advices about the landscape/activities
great food!
stunning view from the terrace/restaurant
very cosy bungalows, huge bed, super comfortable
possible to rent a scooter at the place
Our villa was spacious and clean, the big bed was very comfortable. The outdoor day bed was awesome.
The main pool was really nice and view of the limestone karst islands at the pool/restaurant was spectacular.
The resort as a whole was peaceful and quiet.
Everything was good, clean. Loved the open shower, hot tub and the porch of the little house. The whole resort is well mantained and the pool was exceptional. All in all we had a very relaxing time. Staff was a delight. Thank you for having us
