Matatagpuan ang hotel na ito sa gitna ng Kirchberg area, 1 km lamang mula sa MUDAM museum. May restaurant at bar ang Novotel. Nag-aalok ang hotel ng mga malalaki at makabagong kuwarto. The receptionists were exemplary so helpful and welcoming. Assisted with every thing that was asked and requested. Breakfast was another level of great, absolutely superb every need catered for.
