Got a late check in and the host was very accommodating. He spoke with my cabby, so there would be no confusion in locating the place. As soon as you walk in the beautifully lit temple, just outside your balcony snatches your eyes. The room is on the cozier side, but that's what I was looking for. The washroom is very nice and modern. The place all in all was great. If your coming to BK, this is the place to stay... BONUS*** the little path, on the way to the building, there's a little smoothie shop. The drinks are made fresh and with real fruit. Grabbed a drink every time is passed by.

Everything was perfect! The host was kind and quick to answer, the neighborhood was quiet and very local plus we found some great food stands near the house. Everything was clean, we were able to do our laundry and the garden was nice with a lot of plants. Finally, we extended our stay for a few more nights and had to change for another room. That one was even bigger and had a private bathroom on the balcony outside.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent for reaching Khao San Rd and Phra Athit on foot, as well as authentic neighbourhoods and markets, with a metro station and China town not too far away by tuk tuk or taxi. The place is super neat. PJ took care of me so well, that I felt like beeing at home. The area is totally safe for solo travellers. Water and coffee are provided, there is a fridge in the room which made it easy to store food and beverages. The place itself is a little bit far from the city centre but you can book a grab rapidly which makes it perfect if you look for a relaxed place in the busy Bangkok. PJ, the hotel owner, will make your stay as comfortbale as possible. There are plenty of beverages to avail if you're thirsty late at night. 7-Eleven shops are located a few steps away from the Hotel. Another big plus is the super spacious room. You will have plenty of space to roam around and really enough storage room for you things. Thank you PJ for making my stay so comfortable and hassle free. I will book this place again without hesitating!
