Perfect terrasse! Tajea coffee or your breakfast there. Nice place, friendly professional staff, very practical placement. Just walk from train station. Do not use steps, just walk with your luggage alongside and after a little bit more up. easy with luggage.

Great location, just about 5 min walk to the lake and nearby restaurants (I had a good breakfast at Mauri food, lunch at California Bakery, also could recommend Agape).
