Dark haired lady on duty on our first night was lovely, friendly and very professional (apologies for not having a name). Contact via the app was good and the code access worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

The nearest airport is Newcastle International Airport, 44.7 miles from the inn. Very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were huge. Nice new bathroom. Separate lounge with sofa and dining table. Location was excellent, right in the middle of Appleby, but the apartment was very quiet.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and super food. With many just having a drink after walking the fells, we felt quite privileged to be staying here
