Built in 1862, this traditional chalet-style hotel in Interlaken offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau Mountains. It was a very nice chalet for a solo traveler like me. The space is big enough for my stuff.

The charming, historic and family-run Hotel Oberland in the centre of Lauterbrunnen is only a 5-minute walk away from the train station. The Staubbach waterfall is nearby. Very very nice hotel, just steps from the waterfall. Great view from the bedroom.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The views are incredible and our room was a perfect size for 3 of us.
