It's the second time we've stayed in this this IBIS hotel and we've really appreciated the position, very close to Geneva and some towns of Haute-Savoie, and the possibility to park in the hotel. The room was clean, the bed confortable and the bathroom clean with a big shower.

Lovely apartment. Perfect size for 1 or 2 adults. Bright, airy, clean in a beautiful part of the Haute-Savoie. I visited in late April after the ski season and the entire town was closed. Nice and quiet!

The staff were wonderful, the service excellent and the hotel itself is nothing else but stunning! The spa was closed when we were so I can not say but I'm sure it's great because I looked at it. The beach is beautiful and there is so much to do in the area - cycling, hiking, eating, water sports, relaxing, and more.

Imperial Palace is the best hotel I have stayed at my France trip this time. We traveled in France for 19 days, from Paris, to Mount Saint Michel, to Central Lories Chateau area, then to Lyon, Marselle, Annecy, back to Paris. We are more satisfied with Imperial Palace than Paris Hilton Opera, not to mention the other hotels. The lake was beautiful, town was gorgeous, service is friendly, everything left us a beautiful memory. We'll stay in Imperial Palace again, if we will visit Annecy in the future.

the Hotel is lovely with wonderful views of the water and is located in a quiet area on the water. we rented bikes and road around part of the lake and towards the mountains. it was beautiful.

Amazing pool area, close enough to town if you have a car, attentive staff.

The location of Hotel Ermitage is perfect with glorious views of the Lac Leman / Lake Garda. The Deluxe lake view room was beautiful, well appointed with very comfortable large bed, excellent views of the garden and lake beyond, from a loggia which had enough room for chair and desk. My mother requested an upgrade at her own cost and her Castle Room was just wonderful, spacious with excellent amenities, a seating area which doubled up as a lounge area and a Loggia and separate spacious balcony area - very much worth the additional cost. There was very much attention to detail, such as beautiful furnishings and little details such as eco coffee pods for the machine, which we very much appreciated. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely gorgeous and linked to the grounds of the sister hotel, The Hotel Royale. The Ermitage is beautiful hotel, very quite, beautifully decorated and the dining experience very much what we would expect from a quality French restaurant. None of this would mean anything without the wonderful hospitality of the staff. All individual staff members had a lovely approach, with typical French manners, discreet and gracious service throughout. In particular, the gentleman who assisted us with room change for my mother was particularly attentive and supportive with our needs as was the young woman serving us in the restaurant on Sunday evening. However all members of staff were wonderful and attentive. Absolutely, faultless service throughout. We cannot wait to return to the Hotel Ermitage and Evian and thank you so much for making my Mother's birthday so special. With all due apologies for my school girl French - Merci beaucoup pour votre merveilleuse hospitalité.

The staff was very very friendly and supported for any services

Due to the one way system, you are directed to the car park before you realise that there is a place to pull in in front of the hotel and unload. As such, we drove down the steep slope to the small car park and parked the car ourselves. Once inside we were greeted very nicely by the front desk and shown to our room. What a room! It was such a great space, we could see the car and the pool and beyond lovely views, it also had a small terrace which would have been lovely if warmer. There is a delightful downstairs terrace to have a drink before your meal and we were lucky with the weather. The dinner was excellent and we had the tasting menu and went all in, it was great. I think with these things, when there are so many courses, there are bound to be some you don’t like as much as the other. Salmon with snail on top… I like both individually but it didn’t work together to my taste. The breakfast was the best, really loved the way it was presented and to be given a delicious cake inside a box on leaving was also a really nice touch. This is foodie heaven!

The size of the room met our needs as a family. I found the location good as it was accessible to the city centre. You could take a walk around the area. I got staff who who were very willing to help despite the language differences. Overall, the apartment was neat.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I spent 2 nights at this Hotel with my wife, it was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.

Location and proximity to the lake. It was easily accessible by public transport yet it was very calm.

Room was as stated in booking. Wonderful view from room. Very good breakfast. Evening buffet was also very good value for money. Staff are exceptional/extremely helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation staying again.

Loved the location. Very easy to walk into Evian les bains which has a Fri market, lots of shops and resturants. If you have a car it's a short drive to chateau Chillon, Yvoire and Morzine and the Gorges de Diable. Lovely and warm room with a well equipped kitchen area.. There is a large room with a few pieces of gym equipment which we used for pilates. Nice clean pool. You could pre book a set 3 course meal for 16 euros.

Everything was perfect as usual. Chloe at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant. Raphael at the bar and Romain the food server were both so good at their jobs. Lets not forget Nicole, manager at the breakfast station, she was an absolute gem. All these employees are a real asset to your organization. All are what makes RockyPops my hotel of choice in Chamonix. Thannk you

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with good views, excellent restaurant and a good breakfast with a wide range of food available. Who could ask for more?
