The owner was so accomodating and informative with local knowledge and history. The room had a great view, access to outside and very roomy. Bed was comfortable, i enjoyed the large bathroom and it was nice to sit on a couch and have room service.

I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a peacefull and relaxing stay

Warm enough overnight and hauntingly gorgeous as one of few guests in the ice hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious- tons of local items. Highly recommend.

The common area had new furniture and felt so cosy. The views were amazing and you can sit back with coffee and admire the views. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. They helped me with everything and I had such a great stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing too.

My recent stay at Ami Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 for the location which is minutes away from the pier and the city center. Smooth check-in process, Big, clean and hygienic rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and value for money stay! Room was tastefully decorated and spacious too, The kitchen and other facilities provided by the hotel are impressively comprehensive, Tea Coffee is on the house! Loved the place and had a wonderful stay!
