It was so nice having shade for the pool in the hot afternoon to help cool down after a morning of exploring. We stayed in “Alice” right by the pool. The room was spacious. The indoor/outdoor shower was interesting but fun! Great location. Free coffee and tea all day. They were able to give us a kettle for the room since my spouse is up at 5am to go running and likes to have coffee before that. Would highly recommend.

The place is really great. The rooms are spacious and clean (individual bungalow), the pool very nice when it's hot. The place is 4km from the center of Phong Nah in the middle of the rice fields. We had the chance to spend an evening with a group of Vietnamese friends who were spending the weekend at his residence, we had a lot of fun! Last but not least, you have to eat at Hoa's place. We took the barbecue chicken (local specialty), a delight for the taste buds. thanks again

This hotel is rated as 4 star, but standards have slipped considerably. Our rooms were large and comfortable, but the furniture and fittings need renewal and repair. The river view is excellent and the city view is very good. Daily room service was very good. The pool is large and well maintained. We appreciated the flexibility of a 1 pm check-out.

The male receiptionist in the night shift was absolutely amazing (sorry I didn’t notice his name). He was so gentle and helpful with all the check-in and also covid 19 health declaration. The room is big and very clean. The pool is great and the staff in the restaurant for breakfast is nice also.

Everything about the room was great. The host Linh was extremely helpful. He booked two tours on consecutive days for us after we arrived there. For breakfast, the hosts provided excellent vegetarian food (upon our request). There is a swimming pool and they provide tubes and life jackets for people who do not know swimming. My nine year old son enjoyed lying down in the swimming pool. Linh also provided for pick-up from and drop-off to Dong Hoi airport at a reasonable price.

Hotel has nice spacious rooms with balconies (though there was no seating on them). Beautiful views over the pool area and ocean. Pool area was nice and clean and towels provided. Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.
