During my recent stay at white hills resort , I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff Abdelsalam , wake, Ibrahim and Mohamed salah bell man From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable ( I’m pregnant) the snorkeling and diving was incredible.. crystal-clear waters, made for unforgettable underwater adventures. I was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the common areas were consistently spotless. It's evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests. Lastly, I must commend the hotel on its food. The diverse menu offered a wide range of culinary delights, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients.

Aqua Park very good, staff are very nice especially Mr. Zeki was asking about us and he cleaned my room in very clean way. Cleanliness in general in all hotel is very nice. Smell of the plants is wonderful. The meal was good but needs a little bit more flavor.

I came from Turkey alone. It is a superbly designed hotel. All employees are very interested and friendly. I love the a la carte restaurants. Especially seafood and la maison are very good. First of all, I would like to thank Abdullah reda and his team, Mahmoud hamiud, Ahmed khmies, Ahmed elsherbini, Ahmed Abu Shadid, Hesham kandil, Hosaam, Hady, Vita guest ration, Mina, Abdullah reda, Yousef Hany essam ,ahmed abdelazzez, micheal samir. Mohsen you've been very helpful. I would like to thank the friend who opened our towel, especially in the adult pool. I'm from Turkey, it's the first time I've seen such a service

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.

Located along with its private beach in the famous area of Sharks Bay, the SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort is surrounded by gardens and offers a variety of facilities, including a spa.

The view and the sea is superbly beautiful. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. They have 6 restaurants. The food is very varied in choice，and almost everything is savory and delicious. Especially the freshly baked Aish and barbecue! We only stayed for three nights. If we hadn't already booked a flight to Luxor, we would have stayed a few more days!
