everything is excellent, Ayu the beautiful staff is so helpful and i enjoy the room so much. should book the spa earlier, it’s fully booked when i tried. definitely will be my first choice for staying next time

Amazing location, attentive and friendly staff, tons of facilities and activities (gym, catamaran, kayak, paddle boarding, paragliding, yoga, and many more), the hotel rooms are super well equipped and all the small details are well planned out to make the stay for the guests even more comfortable. The in room breakfast option in a must try. Excellent on site restaurants with amazing local dishes. The Rumpa2 restaurant in the hotel was exceptional

All the staff is very kind and nice, always trying to do the best for my stay. The villa is very spacious, with an out side pool and many places to sit and rest. I would say it is a perfect place to stay and rest. We stayed 3 nights and we had dinner everyday at the hotel with no regrets. We also tried the happy hour drinks that are amazing. We took the bike for a ride around and we also tried the beach eryday ( they have towels and deck chair by the beach, that is about 5 to 10 minutes walk). We also tried the 90 minutes massage - excelent! We had a marvellous time at Amaterra. I would like to go back as soon as possible.

I loved everything about the property. It is more stunning in real life compared to the pictures! The staff were one by one EXCEPTIONAL. So thoughtful and kind. They really made our stay in Bali feel like a dream. I cannot express how amazing our stay was at the St. Regis Bali. We are for sure coming back! If you are debating whether to stay at the St. Regis or not, take my word for it: you will not regret it. Amazing value for money. You will have the best vacation!

Everything. The owners and staff were all absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful with great suggestions as to where to visit and eat etc. The accommodation was beautiful. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. Breakfasts were lovely and the pool was fabulous.
