Nice & quiet location with the most amazing grounds - beautiful gardens & paths. Staff were fantastic, always smiling and willing to help with requests. Room was beautiful & clean with icy a/c. Swimming pool was awesome & cleaned daily. There are only about a dozen or so villa’s so it was never crowded, almost felt like we were in our own private retreat. It was also family friendly with family villas available as well. The restaurant was absolutely amazing & we never had a bad meal there - all the food was soooo delicious. 11/10 for their chef & restaurant staff. Their spa/massage services were also amazing - we had a 60min Balinese massage……wish I had made it 90min 😉 I could go on but I would highly recommend the Rumah Kayu Resort to anyone who wants a quiet & truly unique holiday experience, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway 😃

Sono stata al Kappe senses con mia sorella. Il resort è MERAVIGLIOSO! La mia voglia di uscire dal resort era pari a zero perché avevo tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno: tranquillità, attenzioni, svago e relax. Tutti i ristoranti hanno avuto un'attenzione maniacale per le mie intolleranze: aspetto non trascurabile poiché neanche in strutture a 5 stelle in Europa ho avuto lo stesso trattamento. La Spa era deliziosa. Tutte le operatrici gentilissime e attente al dettaglio. Abbiamo fatto una cooking class e ci siamo divertite tantissimo. Tutti gli chef sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno saputo coinvolgere nelle attività. Insomma, tornerei solo per il resort!!!

Immerso nel verde, lontano dal caos di Ubud, che rimane comunque raggiungibile con 20 minuti di motorino (che puoi noleggiare direttamente in struttura) o con taxi. Le comunicazioni con la Reception vengono fatte comodamente via Whatsapp, anche se il Wifi non prende sempre molto bene ed è un po' lenta. Giardino e piscina, perfetti e super curati. Abbiamo fatto la colazione galleggiante in piscina, massaggi nella spa, una gita in bicicletta fra le risaie il villaggio con visita a due cascate, cena tipica e il rituale di preghiera. Nei due giorni di soggiorno qui tutte le attività proposte ci sono piaciute grazie anche allo staff sempre disponibile e gentilissimo con cui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Stanze e struttura in generale moderna ma rispettando lo stile balinese, curato e molto pulita.
