The staff and their service. Specially Kasturi and Prabhu were really helpful. Specially we being a family with toddlers 1 & 2 year old, the place were so friendly. Even the facilities were child friendly and safe.

Amazing place to stay. All facilities were new and of good quality. The staff were excellent. We should have booked for 2 nights! The resort has the old renovated bungalows that we stayed in and new pool and separate villas. Great. This place is 2000+m above sea level, so it was refreshingly cool.
