The service was particularly good. We rented a car when we checked in and there was a parking service at the hotel for a whole week. Breakfast is also very rich, which is different from the comments I saw earlier. There are daily specialty coffee and daily specialty eggs. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western cuisine are all available. The room service is also very good, even the swimming pool is cleaned by a dedicated person every day. The most grateful person is Mr. LEE at the front desk, who has given us a lot of help and has felt at home since we checked in. Because of him, we will check in again next time

Amazing facilities and super friendly staff. The pool is awesome!!! The hotel does not have direct access to the beach but there is a free shuttle to Kamala beach. Anyway, who needs the beach with such a gorgeous pool :) The family room is enormous and very well designed. We got also free access to the Regency Club - what can I say - this was the diamond of our stay - the tapas and the wine snd the cocktails were soooo good, and the service was amazing, as everywhere in this hotel.
