First of all staff amazing Professional , always smiling supportive and kind They speak english, french, german , arabic and russian enough to handle any request hotel has nice beach and its all nice well managed green area 3 things special i did not see in other hotels 1- Diet menu 2-kids restaurant with kids menu 3- special toilets for kids food was so tasty huge buffet everyday new dishes all the time you can find something tasty to eat or drink The room cleaned everyday animation was good show was amazing pool gym was normal facilities great especially for kids kids club with professional nice staff, free gifts and lots of games in one word the hotel management thought about all the details There are shops , salon , hammam , spa , lots of restaurants… There is nothing to complain i just notices this hotel mostly targeting guests from north Africa
