Because the staff who chatted to me on whatsapp, he is very kind and try to help me alot. he help me to arrange the car with good price when i got rush business have to comeback airport immediatly. and he ask me after i went back home about my problem is done yet? The very accommodating, attentive, and fantastic team of staff who helped us all the way! Customer service was amazing and the ambiance and atmosphere of the place was breathtaking. It feels like we're not in Hanoi, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to the airport. The bed was just right for us that we could stay there the whole day! They maintain the place really well, too. Plus, the food was absolutely tasty! They have an entertainment room which allowed us to watch TV and sing our hearts out.

Melia Ba Vi was a perfect getaway from Hanoi! The staff, property- including pool, were lovely! My daughter especially loved the farm animals.
