OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is located in a spot of graceful elegance, offering excitement within endless beauty. we arrived and someone was waiting for us ( we didn’t search they are amazing to make you comfortable ) then they took us in a luxury transportation to the hotel during the journey they keep talking to use and tell us about the male attractions. Friendly staff they really give you comfortable feeling. the first 3 hours before check in the offer us to stay on the beach from villa to rest ( for free ) then they took our luggage to our villa. over all it was amazing experience. the food is amazing really tasty options they offer us a dinner in Indian restaurant the food is delicious. Amira ( staff ) she is amazing person she helped us and provide us with a lot of joy. she arranged a late checkout and lunch because our fight is 11 o’clock. once we reach the hotel by the luxury transportation the hotel staff in the airport helped to carry the luggage to the hotel lounge in the airport. we stayed in the hotel ( the resort lounge till the check in ), especial thanks to Amira. the dive center is amazing the snorkeling equipments are free. I recommend the glass kayak it is really amazing.

Restaurant has a machine that makes fresh cheese like mozzarella or burrata, nice selection of food, especially seafood every day. Friendly staff everywhere, at restaurant waiters were always smiling, entertaining kids. Good responsive guest relations managers. We really enjoyed a trip to coral garden and saw turtles. Though no big reef near the beach, but still there are nice corals and fish to watch nearby.
