The hotel is located in a quiet cove and was the perfect relaxing stay. Clean, quiet rooms with lovely minimalist decor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranged my transport to and from the airport and Old Town Phuket, in-room massages, and had plenty of other ideas for activities. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel next door, so close it felt like the same property—the food was more Western than traditional Thai but all delicious, and couldn't beat the convenience.

The service was particularly good. We rented a car when we checked in and there was a parking service at the hotel for a whole week. Breakfast is also very rich, which is different from the comments I saw earlier. There are daily specialty coffee and daily specialty eggs. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western cuisine are all available. The room service is also very good, even the swimming pool is cleaned by a dedicated person every day. The most grateful person is Mr. LEE at the front desk, who has given us a lot of help and has felt at home since we checked in. Because of him, we will check in again next time
