The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were absolutely beautiful, everything was amazingly clean. Food was so good that we ate there every day and night. Overall definitely recommend as it was amazing value for money.

Situated on the banks of Dong Suon Lake, Phong Nha Lake House Resort features a 24-hour front desk, a business centre and free parking on site. The location is very beautiful on the shore of the lake. The hotel itself in a large area and various buildings. The staff is very nice and helpful. The meals and cocktails in the restaurant are very good.
