The breakfast was superb. We traveled with 7 months old child and I hoped the location was a bit better. The metro is just around the corner which is good but once you leave the hotel the neighborhood is not where I would like to live. The hotel itself however is super comfy despite the size of the room. The walk in shower and bed are the cherry on the top after you walk all day around Paris. Thank you!

Situado en una tranquila "calle burguesa" en el distrito 15 de París, en el corazón del distrito de convenciones y muy cerca del centro de exposiciones Porte de Versailles, el Hotel Moderniste abre... The hotel was spotless. We've stayed at many hotels of the same category in the 15th arrondissements, and this one was by far the most clean. The beds are stiff but comfortable. The personnel was very nice. Will return.
