The management met with each other and took down the construction tape, replaced the wooden floorboards on the pool deck, just to make it open and available for our family for the one day. Very much above and beyond normal service and truly appreciated.I think his name was Matias, the bellman, who was five star employee and simply outstanding.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind either prior or after a flight, the free shuttle made it very easy as well.
