This is an example of an exceptional home stay. We were treated like family, but had the privacy of a hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by our friendly hosts with a big smile and mint tea. From there, we were treated so well and were absolutely amazed at the quality of the meal at their place. Their team of local chefs cooked up the tastiest and most delicious tagine we had in Morocco. We were also delighted to have been given access to their e-bikes which saw us ride all the way to the Atlas Studios for a visit. We would love to thank our hosts for their hospitality and would love to return again to stay with them. What a lovely bunch of people who made us so welcome!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped (we even used the iron!). The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The wifi was alao very good, which is impossible when you travel with no Moroccan sim card. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. We ended up having breakfast, lunch, and dinner there! delicious food and great service. Kudos to Imad, the waiter, he is so gentle and caring. Also Khaled, the host, so nice and attentive.

There were 5 of us and still plenty of room for more. Alia was very helpful in showing us around when we arrived. It is not in the centre of ourzazate but is a great base if you have a car and the pool was a lovely bonus.

Le Petit Riad Maison d'hôtes is located in the El Wahda district, just 1.3 km from Ouarzazate Airport. Wonderful place with wonderful and super attentive staff! The staff is so kind and helpful. Best breakfast and very good (vegetarian) dinner! Beautiful garden and pool. Great hosts.
