The staff is really friendly and capsule is comfortable. Very close to the airport (around 1km) however the grab costs like 30rm! I’ve checked airasia app and got there for 10rm.

I slept like a baby before my early morning flight. Best decision ever, happy to return.

Capsule Transit KLIA 2 (Airside) - International Departure, Satellite Building, Level 2 is located in Sepang, 45 km from IOI City Mall and 45 km from District 21 IOI City. I didn't read properly and battled to find the place. For first time travellers to Kuala Lampur, it is a bit of a mission finding it. But the airport and hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful when I eventually got there. I also did not read properly, in that you can only book in for 6 hours 😂😂😂 But all in all a good experience and staff were absolutely amazing. Thank you.
