A lovely apartment hotel with a pleasant feel, just steps from the lake. Not fancy or designy elegant but cute, functional and relaxing, with everything necessary provided in the kitchen and a nice balcony. Having breakfast in the garden was wonderful. The proprietor is friendly and fun. Without really even knowing why exactly, I felt good there and would have liked to stay longer!

Clean, central, all as indicated. Check in all automatic. Worked well with the WiFi connection at the door. Well equipped kitchen for longer stays. Would stay there again.

Dotato di terrazza e vista sulla città, il PRIMERA Apartments vi accoglie in un aparthotel sostenibile situato a Singen, a 31 km dall'isola monastica di Reichenau. We actually liked everything about the appartment. We stayed in Apt. 2, which had a nice well kept garden with a comfortable sitting place which we could enjoy during the whole day. The owner was very helpful and kind and welcomed us upon our arrival. There is a parking place just in front of the building ( charge of Euro. 8.-- for each day) and a big supermarket 5-7 minutes walk. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement for free use any time of day and night. Singen is well situated for travelling to Switzerland and in Germany, i.e. Konstanz, and other very nice places around.

Very helpful and friendly staff/owners. It was really VERY nice to stay 3 nights there !!! No problems during staying in hotel. Perfect breakfast. Clean rooms. Location very good.

Spacious, clean, just a perfect holiday stay. The breakfast was really nice with many options. Also the kitchenette in the room was good for a stay in dinner or fixing lunch to take away. Staff was very gracious, and provided GF bread and cereal for breakfast each day The Bodensee Card was a nice benefit because it included local bus transportation.
